Great and fast service!

Excellent service

Quick, efficient and priced right. Staff was very friendly.

Got in! Got out!

Not cheap, but quick and they do a thorough job. Look for online coupons to help with the cost.

Fast, friendly and very helpful.

For this location being my first to take my F-250 diesel, the whole team was very professional and gave clarity on diagnostics that I was not aware about to have my vehicle properly running and will be coming back to have maintenance done, the team was thorough, communicative and precise. Highly recommend this location.

Had an issue with our battery/alternator. They were able to get us in, diagnose the issue, and fix it within a matter of hours. Very accommodating staff.

Emissions test and also asked them to charge my ac. It had just started blowing hot air. I used to own an auto repair shop so I knew what needed to be done. They were phenomenal!!! Not one suggestion of any add ons, every single person there made eye contact and was eager to say hello and offer a smile. All my questions were answered respectfully and with knowledge. Darn it, wasn’t the Freon. They didn’t charge for the service, just the 19 oz of Freon and pretty reasonably priced! Great experience, and I didn’t walk in thinking that would be the case. I was ready for some professional salesmanship. Didn’t need it. Highly recommend!

Very courteous and helpful. Quick service!!

I took my car to Jiffy Lube for an emissions test. They greeted me as soon as I drove up, there was no line or delay. The technician, was professional, courteous and efficient. I waited in their waiting room for a short time and the test was successfully completed.

This location on San Antonio east of Louisiana is the best one I've ever been to! Great service, really fast

Excellent service by the staff in a timely manner for a fair price. No complaints.

Good and fast and respectful

Emission test - Staff extremely friendly and helpful . Excellent service .

Super friendly, really accommodating I love this location!

They did a great job replacing my brakes! This Jiffy Lube is great. The lady (never got her name) was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. Will definitely be going back!

Overall, excellent service with my vehicle emissions service. This is really not a complaint, but when I initially stopped in and had my vehicle information entered and was waiting in the lobby, one of the technicians let me know that the on duty technician that performed emissions test was on a lunch break and would be back in 40 minutes. I had some other errands to run so I did that, returned about an hour later and the emissions service was rapid. There seems to be a new crew at this location and they are on the ball and professional. Maybe the most professional Jiffy Lube I’ve been to. Good job people.

Things I had done professionally and in a timely matter. There chair's in the waiting room are hard!

An absolutley stellar group of gentleman who take real time and care with their customers! Will be returning to this location for the fantastic customer service. Very grateful! Tody, Andrew and their team are true professionals!????????

Fast, friendly and efficient when you want the job done - Jiffy Lube!

Love jiffy Lube for their fast and quality services at a reasonable price! Thanks

Fast and friendly

Nice and quick service.

Sammy Silva was a blessing. God bless him.

Took my car to the Jiffy Lube in another city, state and asked them to give my car a complete checkup in preparation for a long-distance move requiring many hours of driving over a week-long period. Somehow they failed to catch a tear in my air intake duct (I think it was that, I'm not a mechanic) which was causing extra air to be pulled in when accelerating and threatening to stall my car. Considering I had just driven 14+ hrs over three days on interstate highways, I consider myself and my cat lucky to be alive. These guys identified and replaced the part for me, waived the labor fee, and even checked my battery life when I asked. I feel much more confident finishing out my road trip now. Highly recommend, great service.

Customer service is above & beyond!!

good service, oil changed, out in a jiffy

Super helpful and quick

Friendly technicians, great service, and very little wait time.

Your front desk gentleman did a great job sharing with me what his recommendations were without pressuring me or making me feel obligated. He was nice and personable and very professional. His name was Elijah. The service is great, but the prices are unreasonably High. I won't be back.
