Got a battery change. Price was very competitive va dealerships. Sammy went above and beyond to get codes cleared with the change. Every friendly service.

5 stars - Mason deserves every bit of praise! As the assistant manager, he runs an incredibly smooth operation while keeping things friendly and stress-free for customers. I came in for a routine oil change and left feeling like they actually cared about my car and my time. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and made sure everything was perfect before I drove off. If every service center had a manager like Mason, the world would be a better place. Thank you, Mason see you next time!

Everyone was very professional and nice. They apologized when they were still waiting for the part to come. They told me what time. the part comes in, and they picked me up at home to take me back to Jiffy Lube when everything was done to pick up the car and pay.

I love my local Jiffy Lube . Of course I have heard of horror stories about chain places ripping off people but since I have retired and am on a strict budget this place has been a Godsend! They tell me exactly what I need and what it will cost. They never try to sell me services I don’t need. They show me the filters and they brush off the dust and say “you don’t need to change them yet” (I had a place before that put vacuum dirt on my filter so I had to replace it!) not this Jiffy Lube, they help me stay in budget and keep my car running!

The young men at this spot were so polite and helpful! When I got my keys they all turned and said, Have a good day, ma'am! So thoughtful! That's great customer service!
