The staff at Jiffy Lube (Mark and the managers) were very helpful! They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and went above and beyond to try to address any issues that can come up with a hybrid vehicle. They also gave me a reasonable price and explained in detail what was likely going on with my battery. I would recommend this location and staff for any service you may need!

This location is great. Trever provided me with fast service and was very detailed in everything he told me about my vehicle answering all my questions. All the workers were all very friendly and were super with my kids. The oil change guy was even playing peekaboo with my kids while he was in the ground bay. I definitely recommend this location for service!

I recommend this Jiffy Lube. Had a routine oil change and tire rotation. One day later, everything seems fine. I use Jiffy Lube stores at various locations. This store was welcoming and had me in and out within a half an hour.

Everything was good except they could not accept my coupon which was from the Jiffy Lube website and marked as accepted by this location.

Service was quick. I asked for the car to be vacuumed and the windows cleaned. Unfortunately those two requests were not completed. I did not know the automatic window cleaning and the vacuuming has ceased. Trever was very communicative with me but maybe the others did not hear him request the cleaning. I did notice that a note was put in the receipt that indicates a tip leak. I was not told where it was. Overall it was a good experience.

Toby was wonderful in suggesting which services were best suited for my vehicle and was extremely polite!

Needed fluids checked. Staff was very helpful and listened to my concerns..

Excellent Service. Trevor greeted me and promptly checked my vehicle in. I had only intended to have my oil changed. Trevor returned to inform me that I had a nail lodged in one of my tires. We discussed all available options, and Trevor assisted me in selecting the most suitable solution. His demeanor was both kind and personal. Towards the end of my visit, Trevor entered the lobby to engage in a brief conversation, just to get to know me. The smalls things matter and Trever made them a priority. highly recommend. Ask for Trever if you want excellent customer service!

I arrived near closing time. The manager agreed to stay late to accommodate me. He was understanding and did an excellent job.

Alexandria, and Trever were the two who helped me out today! They were so kind and so pleasant to work with. I tend to get nervous going in to get work on my car being a female, but I didn’t feel uncomfortable here at all. They were so kind and friendly! Considering the work I got done, they were also very fast. They kept me posted throughout the entire process which made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be using this location again!!! :))

By far the best Jiffy Lube I’ve visited! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and orderly waiting room. Quick service. I’m a new fan even if it means I have to drive a bit out of my way!

Joseph really takes care of his customers...he knows what the customer service is all about. He and his team work on my 440,000 plus miles Toyota 4 Runner and my wife's Jeep, and do an excellent job. I feel very lucky to have this Jiffy Lube so close to my house and they have a great team working there. Thanks for keeping my 4 Runner going...!!!!!
