I got an oil change, and unfortunately, they only clipped 2/4 latches when reinstalling my engine air filter. My skid plate was also coming off, something they were not necessarily responsible for, and they did not have to fix. I took it back in, and they helped zip-tie it on securely (so I could get it fixed at a mechanics later) and topped up my fluids for free. I am really pleased with the customer service and kindness Estevan provided. Its really honorable to fix these little mistakes; I have always had a good experience with Jiffy Lube!

The safety solenoid went out on my car and they got it fixed.

Friendly and quick service

Supersonic friendly service (we had an emissions test), plus coffee, fountain drinks, TV, magazines (including non-car related titles like "Birds and Blooms" and "Good Housekeeping"), copies of the Albuquerque Journal and POPCORN!!! Pretty sweet for a Jiffy Lube waiting area!
