The manager was exceptional! Honest and knowledgeable! Excellent people skills! Also had a great experience with two of the technicians who both answered my question right away and were super friendly! I felt like I got the VIP treatment! Worth paying more than I usually do at Walmart! They are my new oil change place! Thank you for making my Saturday that much more enjoyable!

Quick and easy emissions test at an affordable price, especially with the online coupons

This particular Jiffy Lube is always fast, no matter what service I need. The staff are always courteous and professional as well. I go out of my way to come here.

Fast professional service! My only complaint is they always put my next change for 5000 miles when I request it for 7500.

I thought they were excellent and truthful upon me entering. I could tell they were willing to help. I liked the popcorn and the car education videos they had playing. My only request would be is to have each team evaluate the car prior to servicing it. I went on one day and they told me I would not need to have my rotors changed and then when they were half way into servicing my vehicle the following day they stated that I would need rotors. Overall I appreciated the service and would still consider jiffy lube for my next car difficulty.

EDIT: Thank you to the manager, Ryan for resolving this issue. I bought a pack of 3 oil changes last year and came in today for an oil change. They had no record of it even though I used my first 1 in October and this was going to be my 2nd of 3, so I had to pay full price even though I paid for a pack of 3 oil changes and only used 1! After paying, I then realized there was a $25 off coupon on their website and asked if I could still use this coupon (which should be as easy as refunding my original purchase and then applying the coupon on the 2nd transaction) to which i was told "it was too late". So all in all i spent over $300 for 2 oil changes! Im never coming back to these guys. What a rip off!

Oil filter was not seated correctly. A mile down the road several warning lights illuminated on dash. Returned to location. The young men were quick to address, diagnose and correct the problem. They were apologetic and professional.

I went to Jiffy Lube last week for an oil change and had a great experience. Ryan, the manager, and Dustin, the technician, were both very knowledgeable and professional. They showed me that my vehicle needed a new oil filter and explained everything clearly. They also checked all the fluid levels and asked if I wanted anything topped off. The service was very quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how thorough they were. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them in the future. Great customer service all around!

they did the work I got no complaints, Walmart does the same work for a lot less as far as the oil change is concerned. I could have saved 30 bucks.

Customer service was great and quick service!

These young men were so professional and courteous in addition to being knowledgeable about their work. They treated the customers and their coworkers with genuine respect- it was refreshing to see. Their workflow was very smooth making for a low stress process even though they had many folks to help out. At the end, there were no surprises or unexpected charges. This has been my experience at pretty much all the jiff lubes I’ve been lubed at.

Jiffy Lube was extremely polite & helpful & the Emission test was still reasonable. My vehicle Passed and we were happy about that, but our old '97 Ford Ranger failed. They would have to see why it failed & we didn't want to pay to find out what is wrong with old Truck..I feel very good about Jiffy Lube to do the work. My husband wants to check with our son before we spend more money. Thank you Jiffy Lube for great customer service!!

They were excellent in taking care of a tire plug while having a full house of customers. I really appreciate it. I understand they don't sell tires, but 40+ to plug a tire seemed extreme. Respectfully, JG

everyone, from the employee greeting me to the one ringing me up at the end, was so nice! i don’t know anything about cars so it’s stressful needing anything done, even a simple oil change, but no one was trying to get me to spend any more money than i needed to. everyone was great! so helpful and kind.
