The staff at this location was great. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. Sheldon was honest and knowledgeable about their services and didn't pressure me to purchase anything extra. I will get my oil change there in the future!

Was expecting a window cleaning and a vacuum, but bummer it is no longer available.

I didn't even get my oil changed, but I have to give them 5 stars. I just went to the location on San Mateo (near Lomas) and will definitely be back. Long story short, I pulled up and told the gentleman helping me that I needed an oil change. He scanned my vin and pulled up the information they had in their system. Turns out I'm not actually due for another oil change for roughly another 1,500 miles due the fact I used high mileage oil at my last oil change with Jiffy Lube. (Apparently a gentleman at the previous Jiffy Lube location I went to for my previous oil change wrote the wrong mileage on my little visor reminder sticker.) The gentleman helping me today said he didn't want to take my money unnecessarily and I felt so blessed to have encountered a man of integrity. I thanked him and told him not everyone is like him and made sure to tell him I appreciate him. He is a gem. When it does come time for my next oil change, I will be sure to go back to the San Mateo location.

It was raining and one of my windshield wipers was coming apart. I pulled in and got them replaced. Quick, friendly service.

I have done business at this Jiffy Lube for 30 years or however long it has been there. I always love the service at this location.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my service appointment today. Wonderful people, very caring and friendly and they did a great job notifying me of potential problems that could've caused great damage if not addressed. They did an oil change, tire rotation, changed filters and checked my brakes. I didn't get all the suggested services, but at least I am aware of what needs to happen next so I can take care of those items when I can afford them. Loved the experience. Great people.
