Mason runs a tight ship. The Crew is sharp and made me feel like my business was appreciated. All technicians treat my truck as well as I do. The customer service and customer experience is outstanding! The lobby is clean The coffee is fresh Out of all Jiffy lube locations I've been too in 15 years this location is the best by far has been the most enjoyable and informative visit. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change and to have my vehicle inspected due to a noise, the assistant manager was honest and didn’t overcharge by telling me I had a bigger issue than it was.

My husband took our van today, they found the problem, explained everything clearly and fixed our van in a timely manner.

I usually go to Jeep because I have lifetime oil changes but I cannot always wait. So I drove around looking for a place before driving back to Santa Fe. The oil change was super quick and the gentlemen who did it were both very friendly and efficient.

Got a great deal on full synthetic oil change with a pre-paid multiple oil change purchase. Then got in with no wait and had a full team of guys working on my car. I even had them rotate my tires. Great friendly fast service from a company that stands behind their work.

This is the type of customer service you never see anymore. They were busy and Sheldon offered to look at my car after I told him it would only take a minute, as I was in a rush for work. He was able to okay everything and let me get back to work. You don't see this type of employee at or customer service hardly anymore. Will continue to come back to this location.

I had a great experience getting my oil change here. Mason, the manager, and Sheldon were both incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They were friendly, made sure everything was taken care of, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. It’s hard to find places that are both efficient and genuinely welcoming, but Mason and Sheldon definitely delivered. I really appreciated the great customer service and will absolutely be coming back for future maintenance.
