When people do a great job, I feel like it should be acknowledged. We can all agree that customer service is the utmost importance in any industry these days. I feel like Mark and his team have gone above and beyond when it came to my situation. I brought my truck in because it was making a funky noise and the talented, respectful people at the Eubank shop figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I will continue to put my safety and care of my truck in the hands of these amazing people. Keep it up!! I appreciate all of you.

My car had a major issue that the staff was trying to fix passed closing time. They were so good and knowledgeable about the whole situation. Malcolm was so helpful and reassuring, Ariel made sure my kid and I were comfortable, and Hunter was determined to resolve the issue. Overall, and outstanding team!

This location has always treated me well and always does an excellent job, not to mention staff is always super nice and polite and does the job right!

My portable compressor stopped working and I was left with almost no air in tires, but on a cane and needed help to be safe. Arial and another young man checked and filled all tires quickly to get me on the road again. As always, a good experience at Jiffy Lube on Eubank
