Had a mishap, the employees inadvertently broke a part on my rear windshield wiper arm. Josh I’m assuming is the crew chief made it right by replacing at Jiffys expense. I respect his business sense.

Informative and Professional

The folks were great. I was in a hurry and they got me in and out quickly. It was much appreaciated. That takes a team.

While traveling to Ruidoso for a weekend getaway a rock hit our windshield causing a large “star”. Thinking it would surely spread we opted to get it taken care of and the staff at Jiffy Lube did a stellar job and got us back on the road in under 30 minutes! Great team!
