Came in late, but cashier was kind enough to stick to word when we were informed "to be there before 550 and they can get us in." Was very fast, faster than usual.

The Jiffy Lube techs were very professional, they had me in and out in less than 30 mins it seems

It took too long. I don't know if they were short staff, but it did take too long. Over+hour.

This location at Farmington was one of the best Jiffy Lube’s. I’ve ever been to they close at 6 PM. I got there at 5:50 PM. They were more than happy than to service me on my company van and change the oil and go out of their way to check tire pressure windshield wipers everything unfortunately I forgot the manager‘s name. She is a lady. She is the one I spoke to before arrived. she honestly deserves a raise as well as her workers at this location because were not upset that I showed up the last 10 minutes before closing. They had a very good attitude great service and great work. They even let me stay on the van while they were working. I am from Albuquerque. I will definitely be coming back to this location nearby.

Customer service is great. Clean place with tv and popcorn to wait for your vehicle to get done. Vehicle is running great now, she's happy, and l'm happy to get back on the road.
