quick and hospitable service

I've had my oil changed at a lot of places in a lot of states and I've never had the wonderful experience I had at this shop. They helped me get a service I needed and could afford. The indoor, air conditioned waiting area with popcorn was just the icing on the cake. I'll go here over any other place from now on.

Brought my newish vehicle in today and the workers installed my hood lift for me and took the time to show me where the air conditioner nob was they also fixed the washer fluid line for me. The crew here on El paseo is amazing.

Some reviews are more powerful than others, not because I'm any better of a human, but my life and work experience of over 35 years as a Location Manager, Regional Manager and Area Manager for many different types of customer based service industries my unique skill set allows JiffyLube Corporation to essentially get consultant based considerations on this Location in Las Cruces off El Paseo. From onset Manager Hugo was conducting a team meeting/training as I arrived. immediately they broke from meeting and all 3 employees and manager gave me their undivided attention. Before allowing my vehicle to be pulled into to bay, I explained I needed to confirm a previous purchased gift certificate would be honored as prior communication was that it expired With no hesitation Hugo explained absolutely in would be honored and immediately service began. We are in the high desert if you corporate folks havnt had a chance to visit, yesterday was 100 degrees in the shade, today considerably cooler, most managers would typically stay inside with air conditioning, but here it what impressed me with these quality young man, there was no horse play, grabass, being silly or telling jokes, Hugo was the lead and the others communicated with professionalism through the entire process, not typical in any auto service industry. I was so successful in California in my career that it allowed me to retire early, if I was still engaged in the corporate world I would have offered all four of these men's jobs on the spot. He is my recommendation to JiffyLube, first your welcome I hope my reviews leads to more customers as there is so many choices a person had for oil change and other auto services you offer. Next please be sure to move this review up the pipeline so these guys can be congratulated on providing exceptional service, hopefully you at least buy they all wonderful lunch Hugo should be considered immediately for a multi unit manager position and his #2 is absolutely ready to run his own location.

Staff were very friendly and personable. Answered questions clearly and didn’t overly push add ons once declined. Work was fast and all issues / concerns with my vehicle were handled and have not had follow up issues.

Quick, professional, convenient

Overflowed engine oil. But the manager drain the oil, replaced the oil filter and filled up oil right. Great comeback job! Work was done right, timely manner and i am happy now!

Super quick and friendly. They even fixed the skid plate hanging down without me asking.

They fixed the issues I had with my car way faster than I expected and they did an awesome job! My car runs so good now. I don’t think I’ve ever had a car run that smooth before. The employees at jiffy lube on el Paseo were cool. They even let me barrow a phone charger while I waited. They explained everything to me clearly and broke down the prices so it was easy to understand and they all put the work into my car. I truly felt like I was the most important customer. They gave me that customer attention and professionalism that makes you feel valued. I’m definitely going back to that jiffy lube for anything I need. Definitely will recommend it to anyone I know. I’m 100% satisfied with my service! Couldn’t be happier.
