Friendly service. The jiffy lube three packs make oil changes less expensive than DIY. On a Saturday afternoon, I was done in approximately 35 min or less. I’ll probably return to this location for my next oil change.

Fast and efficient crew. They constantly came out to give me updates about my car condition. Kevin has a great personality and threats customers nicely. Clean bathrooms too. Thanks!

Just needed an oil change, and that’s what I got. They only suggested other services, no aggressive salesmanship. Went on a Sat. @830am with a full room and was done an hour later. Kevin is the man.

Had a $30 coupon my friend gave so I used it have never gone to a Jiffy lube before today. They were super fast. The for sure up sale every product they could, which is fine but my car is super low miles and does not need much at this time. I happen to be super savvy about car because of my brother's and dad and know what needs to be maintained on my cars! But all and all was treat nicely by the staff.

After a sketchy experience with our car's dealer service department, we went to Jiffy Lube for a second opinion. Kevin immediately made a promise to come talk to us while we waited for a battery diagnostic. Additionally, Rowland came by and showed us two readings on our battery while it sat in the shop (showing the battery was draining while the car was off). We now know about "parasitic draw" on the battery that had been plaguing us for months (and, evidently, plaguing other owners of this car's year, make and model). We were able to discover the likely culprits by a quick Google search with Kevin's help and careful explanation. A new battery was all we needed right now. The service was quick, the diagnostics were thorough, and taking the time to help us become more knowledgeable stood in stark contrast to the incomplete and costly diagnostic the dealer provided. We cannot say enough about how awesome we feel after our 36-hour run around with the dealer. Jiffy Lube on Lohman is the place to go. In my daughter's words, "Jiffy Lube is just awesome." Thank you Kevin and Rowland. You are our first stop from now on. We appreciate the entire team. ?

This is a friendly, great and fast location. Nobody tried to upsell me, and I was in and out and on with my day. The clean windows and vacuuming of the interior was a fantastic surprise, I didn't know places still did that. Thank you Jiffy Lube, keep up the great service!
