After a sketchy experience with our car's dealer service department, we went to Jiffy Lube for a second opinion. Kevin immediately made a promise to come talk to us while we waited for a battery diagnostic. Additionally, Rowland came by and showed us two readings on our battery while it sat in the shop (showing the battery was draining while the car was off). We now know about "parasitic draw" on the battery that had been plaguing us for months (and, evidently, plaguing other owners of this car's year, make and model). We were able to discover the likely culprits by a quick Google search with Kevin's help and careful explanation. A new battery was all we needed right now. The service was quick, the diagnostics were thorough, and taking the time to help us become more knowledgeable stood in stark contrast to the incomplete and costly diagnostic the dealer provided. We cannot say enough about how awesome we feel after our 36-hour run around with the dealer. Jiffy Lube on Lohman is the place to go. In my daughter's words, "Jiffy Lube is just awesome." Thank you Kevin and Rowland. You are our first stop from now on. We appreciate the entire team. ?

I went here to get two chips in my windshield fixed. Everyone working was very nice and friendly. They were decently busy but still got the job done in about 30 minutes. It was also raining a lot, so they were really kind and drove my car up to the door for me so I didn’t have to walk in the rain.

Wonderful service! I was in and out of this location in less than an hour. The attendants were thorough and courteous. The waiting area was clean and had fresh popcorn ?? They noted items and services that were needed but did not pressure me to get them done. All in all a good experience!
