Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The team was fast, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and got me back on the road quickly. A special shoutout to Dez for providing outstanding customer service — knowledgeable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Fast and friendly. Walked in for just an oil change with a coupon for 6qts of regular oil and a new oil filter out the door was just under $60. Of course you can change your oil yourself for cheaper but the convenience factor is what has me coming to do the oil changes here. Keep up the great customer service.

I go out of my way to drive to this Jiffy Lube location because Paul and Dez take such good care of my car. I know I can trust them not to try to sell me something I don't really need.

I went to jiffy lube to get a quote for both my differentials and the transmission service and this jiffy lube is an absolutely must go to they beat the dealers price by almost 50% and the dealer told me it would take 4 days to do what they did at jiffy in 30 minutes, The customer service from Dez was absolute amazing! Made me feel like I was the only one there even though they had full bays and customers outside, I will only trust Dez, tony and Jose and the rest of the crew! My jeep is now 100 percent maintained and the bank is not broke! Thanks guys! You Rock!

The guys took great care of me, got me in and out in 20 minutes, Not only did they do my oil change. They did my wipers tire rotation filters, and got me out.!!! I will definitely be sending my friends and family

Well maintained store great costumer service

The crew here was absolutely amazing and soooo helpful and made sure that I was in and out in a jiffy there very quick to help me more understand the things I needed for my car. Tony really made sure to show me pictures of the small leaks I had. Can’t wait for next service especially the price was great.

I took my Audi to get its oil, air filter, and cabin filter changed. Dez was very professional. He went out if his way to make sure that I had the right cabin filter for my car and had it delivered to Rio Rancho branch from another location. My car is happy! And I'm happy!??????
