Everyone is always great when I go in. They get my car done fast and professionally. Will continue to go back to this location on Southern in Rio Rancho, NM.

I keep coming back to this location because they do a fine job with my oil changes, and the wait is never too long. Service members are very cordial and polite. Prices have climbed a bit over the years…but nothing hyper crazy.

What a great experience! The employees were incredibly friendly and never tried to pressure me into buying anything. The service on my car was completed quickly, and I really appreciated the attention to customer comfort—they even asked if the program playing on the TV was okay with me. When my car decided not to shift out of reverse near jiffy lube, Paul came to the rescue and was able to help with a temporary fix while I figured out finances to cover the cost. Dez explained everything to me, was in constant communication with me, and was able to help me with pricing. Wonderful customer service.

The guy named Jason at this Jiffy Lube gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into extra services. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure the job is done right. My car is running great, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service Jason provided. Highly recommend visiting this shop because of the amazing customer service demonstrated by him.

Fast and friendly. Walked in for just an oil change with a coupon for 6qts of regular oil and a new oil filter out the door was just under $60. Of course you can change your oil yourself for cheaper but the convenience factor is what has me coming to do the oil changes here. Keep up the great customer service.

I go out of my way to drive to this Jiffy Lube location because Paul and Dez take such good care of my car. I know I can trust them not to try to sell me something I don't really need.

I went to jiffy lube to get a quote for both my differentials and the transmission service and this jiffy lube is an absolutely must go to they beat the dealers price by almost 50% and the dealer told me it would take 4 days to do what they did at jiffy in 30 minutes, The customer service from Dez was absolute amazing! Made me feel like I was the only one there even though they had full bays and customers outside, I will only trust Dez, tony and Jose and the rest of the crew! My jeep is now 100 percent maintained and the bank is not broke! Thanks guys! You Rock!

The guys took great care of me, got me in and out in 20 minutes, Not only did they do my oil change. They did my wipers tire rotation filters, and got me out.!!! I will definitely be sending my friends and family

Well maintained store great costumer service

The crew here was absolutely amazing and soooo helpful and made sure that I was in and out in a jiffy there very quick to help me more understand the things I needed for my car. Tony really made sure to show me pictures of the small leaks I had. Can’t wait for next service especially the price was great.
