Elijah and the guys who did my brakes service were awesome. This is my go to place for good work. The team there is always great and hard working.

Fabulous experience. It was four minutes to closing and they welcomed my car and me.

Elijah and his team got me a new battery and fixed me up all within a half hour. My car was dead and these guys and girls have been taking care of me for over a year and I have felt confident driving (I take a LOT of road trips) and safe. I would never go anywhere else but Jiffy Lube. AND they’re kind. Which to me is the most important part. It matters.

Drove up to a jiffy Lube in Santa Fe, NM and were greeted by a very professional young man with a smile. He got the information he needed asked which oil change we were interested in and asked if we were interested in a tire rotation service. Elijah Rogers is a very impressive employee along with his crew. The work was done quick and also benefitted from a coupon I found in the jiffy Lube site. We were back on the road quick.

Elijah had a great attitude, very timely, and phenomenal customer service! My husband and I are very pleased with the services today!

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff but unfortunately expensive.

I am amending my previous review because I heard from the store manager and they are refunding my $200. They will only charge me for diagnostics. The manager, Diego, couldn’t have been nicer. They were unable to fix my AC. It cost me close to $200 to learn this. So upset. They wouldn’t even give me a break on the service even though they couldn’t fix it. I am dissatisfied.

This place is really amazing. I had an ER and they helped me right away the team works very well together and its great to see that. My undercarriage fell off they fixed it up ASAP and got me on my way. Thank you so much!

The staff was on it. They were very busy but gave me the time I needed for any questions. I was impressed the staff announces the steps they take. Example checking lights, adding washer fluid, adding oil etc. They follow specific steps and it makes you feel staff takes their job seriously. All staff was friendly and courteous. I'm from Denver and I have never had service like this before.

Great customer service today. Elijah upsold me for a new set of rear brakes but I knew I needed them. He also assisted with discount coupons. Very friendly staff.
