Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1975 CERRILLOS RD, SANTA FE, NM, 87505-3382

There was a small Issue they fixed it and were so nice

Very professional and quality service

Very friendly reliable and explained everything I needed to be done and listen to what I could afford

Totally satisfied. Thank you.

Very professional, friendly service. It took less than 25 minutes!

Great customer service! Best location in town

Amazing customer service they take care of you really well and quick!

OK ya’ll last week I posted a reaction after leaving JL after about 4 miles my car totally stopped running with all of the lights going on and it just seemed to much of a connection to be a coincidence, but it was. The guys were really great coming to check my car where it stopped and checking it the next morning since I had it towed back there. So I am updating the review to 5 stars cuz they earned it. The car needs a new hybrid battery, ugh!

Good team at this location.

Went in for an oil change. They were understaffed and one car threw them a curve ball but they were professional and got my oil change done in a reasonable time and manner. And even though they were short staffed they went above and beyond to secure a brake line that had broken loose from the clips holding it. I applaud these guys for all they did despite the circumstances.

If you love it Lube it

Clean, quick and friendly!

Absolutely amazing service from the time I was greeted to the time I left. Kyle, Isaac and Josh made my visit overwhelmingly satisfactory. Great team. Thank you.

These guys go the extra mile , I had a document requirement from Uber. Elijah Roger’s used his own time to download the needed Docs for me. Now everything is right on. Thanks

Elijah and the guys who did my brakes service were awesome. This is my go to place for good work. The team there is always great and hard working.

Fabulous experience. It was four minutes to closing and they welcomed my car and me.

Elijah and his team got me a new battery and fixed me up all within a half hour. My car was dead and these guys and girls have been taking care of me for over a year and I have felt confident driving (I take a LOT of road trips) and safe. I would never go anywhere else but Jiffy Lube. AND they’re kind. Which to me is the most important part. It matters.

Great service, will definitely be back

Drove up to a jiffy Lube in Santa Fe, NM and were greeted by a very professional young man with a smile. He got the information he needed asked which oil change we were interested in and asked if we were interested in a tire rotation service. Elijah Rogers is a very impressive employee along with his crew. The work was done quick and also benefitted from a coupon I found in the jiffy Lube site. We were back on the road quick.

This location is consistently good, fast as they promise, with very warm customer service
