Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 4023 CERRILLOS RD, SANTA FE, NM, 87505-2916

Five stars is not enough for the team at the Santa Fe, NM Jiffy Lube. After driving from Georgia to New Mexico for my brother's funeral, a strange noise started coming from my front brakes. I noticed the shop was still open near our hotel and pulled in. Even though it was near the end of the day, the technicians immediately brought my vehicle into the bay to investigate. They discovered a dangerous situation: my driver's side brake caliper was missing a bolt and was almost completely dislodged. Because this was a fleet vehicle, they helped me coordinate with the fleet company. When they couldn't find just a replacement bolt, they ordered a new caliper assembly, which arrived around 5:00 PM. These four men worked past closing time and busted their backs to get the job done. Because of their diligence, my parents, brothers, and I were able to safely start our long drive back home the very next morning. This was already an incredibly hard week for my family, but the kindness and dedication of these four mechanics completely turned things around for us. We are profoundly grateful for their efforts to keep us safe on the road. Thank you all so much!
