This is my favorite Jiffy Lube in Carson. They always have the best customer service.

I always have a great service experience at the highway 50 location in Carson City. They are very quick to help, and very friendly and accommodating. The staff is very personable and makes you feel very welcome. Service was great and price is great!

I have been to several Jiffy Lube locations and this one by far has the best customer service hands-down. Not only is their service exceptional that, they had my oil changed, tires rotated in 30 minutes! They go over everything with you at the end. Thank you guys. If I could give 10 stars I would! Kadie

Really appreciate this shop. Their demeanor has been consistently professional, I never feel as though I'm being upsold on products or services, and I haven't ever had to wait very long to get my car back. I truly appreciate this shop in their professionalism, efficiency, and consistency. I arrived at 8:45 am and was in and out and back home in less than a 1/2 hour after they opened at 9am Sunday. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had your basic oil change. I did ask Sean to take a look at the front differential as it appears I have a leak there. He actually allowed me to take a look at the underside of the car. I was excited about this. (Even though I am a female, I do a fair amount of work on my own car). So, he and Jeremiah went over what appeared to be some issues with the underside of my car. I felt that Sean was very personable (without being pushy), and went above and beyond the kind of service I typically get from a Jiffy Lube. Jeremiah too, as far as pointing out what I might need done next on my car. Looks like that might be a water pump. Thanks guys, your service was much appreciated today! Marleen

Just bought a used Audi and was having difficulty changing a filter. Derek and Shawn were amazing and helped us with something we couldn't figure out. Can't recommend them enough. Super nice and knowledgeable.
