In and Out in 30 mins. Staff was super professional. you could tell they were having fun with each other. A Mature crew, and not kids playing on their phones and cutting corners. They definitely knew what the were doing and even took a minute to explain some of the extras included after the service. Was actually quite impressed. Great job guys! Keep it up!

Chris and the crew here were awesome. Quick, polite, kept me up to date every few minutes where they were at with my truck and made sure I knew of any additional costs ahead of time.

The crew at Jiffy Lube on highway 50 East in Carson City Nevada we're amazing! I needed a new bulb for my headlight and they put it in in no time and didn't even charge me to put it in. I have a disability and they pulled my car around for me without me even asking so I wouldn't have to walk so far. They were very very nice and I highly recommend them

The experience I had today was better than excellent. I rate them out 100+ they did such a fantastic job at this Jiffy Lube that I will be returning to have all The work that needs to be done on my car I love the way the employees interact with the customers you can ask for better service and they did a fantastic job on my car

These guys were great and fast. I came in right after a snowfall, and I was only the second person they had seen that day. They explained everything to me quickly and gave me recommendations for other services to do while I was already there. They kept me up to date on how long my truck would take for a diesel oil change and even left the sticker that they put on the window for me. During my oil change, they told me I had a different type of oil plug and explained it to me so I would know what I was looking for. I wish I remembered the guy who helped me; he just happened to be there for work, was very friendly, and had a lot of knowledge about my vehicle. When he rang me up about my final bill, he asked about any coupons or other discounts I might qualify for. As soon as he saw my military ID, he gave me their discount rate (15%), which is higher than most places. I will be back to this place again just because of the customer service I received during my visit. Thank you

These guys 100% took care of me very well. I really appreciate them helping me with a little confusion on a subject and fully did above and beyond for service. Also really didn’t make me feel down for a little embarrassment I had with an issue. I will recommend them always and for sure stand by them being the best service I have had in a long time with any business.
