$90.99 + $29.99 for high mileage treatment seems a bit steep (aside from the oil trade issues), just for oil change. Other than that, the Upper Bay Technicians were quick even with all three bays being utilized. They provided the recommended 'milestone' services that needed to be addressed, topped off the wiper fluid reservoir (which I later find out needs to be replaced), they also verified all caps, plugs, and fill lids were closed & sealed, finalizing with any questions or concerns needing answered as (most, but not all) Customer Service Advisors should. Very professional team. Reminds me when I used to work for the Jiffy Lube team in El Dorado Hills.

I have been to several shops for various things over the year. I stopped by this Jiffy Lube on a Sunday morning to get my spark plugs done, the staff working were all younger but gave me some of the best service ive ever had. Not only did they answer all my questions, but they let me watch as they worked, and were very hospitable. These guys were very clearly knowledgeable, and were answering questions as if I was one of their family members or friends. 10/10 service, will be back.
