I got a flat tire while I was driving nearby this Jiffy Lube, so I stopped by to get a new tire. Even though Jiffy Lube didn’t have the kind of tire in stock that my car needed, the workers removed my flat tire and replaced it with my spare tire FOR FREE. I appreciated that act of kindness so much. That saved me a lot of time because I was able to immediately drive to get a new tire at Sam’s Club, and then I made it to my soccer game on time. I didn’t have to call AAA. I possibly wouldn’t have made it to my soccer game if I would’ve had to call and possibly wait for AAA to replace my flat tire with my spare tire. AAA is awesome too because you can get help anywhere remotely, but I’m so fortunate and grateful that my tire happened to become flat when I was driving nearby this Jiffy Lube because it was the quickest spare tire change for no cost. The workers were so efficient, respectful, understanding, and kind. My family and I have been to this Jiffy Lube on other occasions as well, and we’ve always received awesome service and everything we’ve needed for an affordable price or no price depending on the need. I’d definitely recommended this Jiffy Lube to anyone and everyone. It was a godsend getting my spare tire changed immediately for free.

Travion was very helpful. Service was very fast. One piece of constructive criticism, they do seem to always leave oily hand marks on the door and steering wheel. Need to ask for it to get cleaned off.
