I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Jorge and the entire team! Jorge went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in no time, and the whole process was quick, easy, and stress free. It’s not often you find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, but that’s exactly what I experienced today. Thank you, Jorge, and the entire crew, for making my visit such a positive one. this is my 2nd time coming to a jiffy lube due to my skid plate coming off for the 2nd time and i knew to come here because i’ve never had a bad experience through them!! i was worried a bit for the wait because there were cars already inside but they got me in quick, asked what i needed and i got out in less than 10 minutes when i arrived. they even gave me a portable ac thing to give me cold air as i waited which i didnt even know that was a thing but i appreciated it due to it being 105 out and i was only there to get my plate removed. i unfortunately didnt get a name but a lady with black hair and a gentleman who was bald were exceptional along with the rest of the staff. thank you so much for helping a clueless girl who doesn’t know much about cars????

Every time I visit Jiffy Eastern Henderson, the staff is very friendly and always takes the time to show me what they are going to do while clearly explaining everything. They are reliable, professional, and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended! Thank you Dariush and manger!

These guys knocked out my oil change in 10 minutes. They were thorough in checking my car. They told me what needed to be done next. They had a whole team working on it. Went in for an oil change and George immediately stepped in and took care of me - there were other mechanics there (didn’t see names). They were super quick and professional while making small talks about my little 2016 Hyundai lol (very reliable car btw). Definitely will be back again!

I came here because of the reviews and I’m glad I did!! George and his team were so quick and efficient with my oil change. I also had a little issue with my license plate cover and they even helped me fix that. So happy I came here!
