Phenomenal service and friendly staff. They made me feel comfortable when I had an unusual request. Got there just before they opened because I wanted to pay using my Pep Boys Credit Card. Manager was unsure if they took it but went through there process to find out. I could of been made to feel uncomfortable for being a little bit of a pain but the manager was great about it. It is just an oil change so you don't really expect a special experience but I left laughing and feeling great afterwards because of the friendly attitude. Also the card worked and I got my oil changed.

I was very impressed with the service! The manager was helpful, articulate, attentive and informative. The employees were tidy, the shop was clean and everyone did their job professional and efficiently. I highly recommend this as your oul change shop, I know it wil be mine feom now on!

Kyler and the team did an amazing and quick job to do a fluid top off and replace air filters. All under 15minutes. This location I've always had great service.

This was by far the best Jiffy Lube experience I have had. When it says 15 minutes, they mean that. They explained everything to me and also recommended the things that I needed. This was the first time that it actually took 15 minutes. Shoutout to the best Jiffy Lube team!! I will definitely be back.

Needed to get my oil change and glad I went with this location on Jiffy Lube. They were very helpful, attentive and fast. They put air in my tires, check fluids in my car aside from my oil change. Definitely recommend them.

Just came for an oil service. First time at this location near my house. Michael helped me today. Explained everything clearly. Offered other services and upgrades as well. I liked that he wasnt pushy. After inspection, Michael explained all that was needed and total costs. Michael provided excellent customer service and job knowledge. There are plenty of oil change places near me, but Michael is the reason i’ll be coming back!!!

this is the place to go. fast, thorough, professional, every associate was knowledgeable and polite. it was clean and I like that bc I'm a female. I took my car there and I was in and out in about 20 minutes or so? anyway I'm going to take my husbands truck there soon. No reason to look anywhere else! Oil change and they checked fluids, brakes at no extra cost.

Milton is a very kind and honest person. I can trust Milton completelyy with my Vehicle! Schedule with him for your car needs??

Please read the update at the bottom! Had a super.greqt.experience rhe first time we went here, so we went back on June 27th for another oil change. Today, my daughter drove home, and the car alerts were beeping at her the whole way, saying she needed to add oil. My husband let the car cool down and then checked it, and there's almost no oil at all. I'll be back in to be refunded tomorrow. I don't dare drive the car over to have the oil actually put in it. Looking at the picture of the dipstick, I'm wondering if we got any oil put in it because the part at the end is super dirty. Update: Jiffy Lube was more than accommodating in fixing the problem, and so, so nice about it. Many thanks to Sheryl and the acting manager today (I forgot his name ??) for their help with this. They got us in and out, and the next oil change is free. Thank you!

08/16/25 Appt for Tune Up today with Daniel who did and excellent job on my Jeep. He also gave me a reference to another shop that will fix a problem with something else thats wrg. He took pics and sent to me for what's wrg and I really appreciate the pics. Also Mike has excellent customer service skills with talking to people explaining what is wrong, what will be fixed and price. Keep up the good work ethics everyone and I'll be back. ?? 04/27/24 Got and oil chg and David did and exceptional job. He checked my fluids and my Jeep is running much better. The boss also reset the dashboard so I will be alerted when I need another oil chg. Yes there were bosses and people here before who gave bad service but give this location another chance 515 Mark Henderson, NV because people were replaced and that is telling me the owner is trying to satisfy customers. 11/2023 Excellent service had a full oil change by Marcy.

Been doing my oil changes here for a few years and never had a problem with this place. Staff is friendly and pretty quick service. Thought I had an oil leak one time and a tech pulled the car in and inspected it, found it to be a coolant leak. Didn't try to upsell service but recommended taking it to get looked at. I have since gotten a different car and continue to go here.
