great experience, better than other JL

Just came for an oil service. First time at this location near my house. Michael helped me today. Explained everything clearly. Offered other services and upgrades as well. I liked that he wasnt pushy. After inspection, Michael explained all that was needed and total costs. Michael provided excellent customer service and job knowledge. There are plenty of oil change places near me, but Michael is the reason i’ll be coming back!!!

this is the place to go. fast, thorough, professional, every associate was knowledgeable and polite. it was clean and I like that bc I'm a female. I took my car there and I was in and out in about 20 minutes or so? anyway I'm going to take my husbands truck there soon. No reason to look anywhere else! Oil change and they checked fluids, brakes at no extra cost.

Milton is a very kind and honest person. I can trust Milton completelyy with my Vehicle! Schedule with him for your car needs??

Fast and efficient. They listened to me describe my car's issue, beyond the oil/lube. They double checked and documented every step.

Went to this jiffy lube this past weekend to get spark plugs done and the mechanics were great. They keep you updated on status, keep the atmosphere fun and welcoming, and they do right by the customer.

Went to get my oil change everyone was so kind and helpful Kyler and Sarah were very passionate with me getting my car in and helped me reset the sevice light thank you.

Was so overdue for an oil change, stopped by real quick to get one at my local Henderson Jiffy Lube. Milton and Kyler were so efficient, friendly and professional in making sure I didn’t have any lights on, asked all the right questions. It was a friendly fast interaction, would recommend this location with this staff!

I needed front transfer case and rear differential fluids changed in my 2016 Nissan Murano. I had no wait at all to get in the shop, the price was affordable and service advisor, Michael, provided outstanding customer service. They had my vehicle in and out in about 35 min. I have been to this location of Jiffy Lube often they always do a good job but this time they had an amazing team that did a great job and were very efficient.

Been doing my oil changes here for a few years and never had a problem with this place. Staff is friendly and pretty quick service. Thought I had an oil leak one time and a tech pulled the car in and inspected it, found it to be a coolant leak. Didn't try to upsell service but recommended taking it to get looked at. I have since gotten a different car and continue to go here.
