Just moved to Nevada and my Chloe needed an oil change. Stopped in here about an hour before closing time. Just as we were about to drive off a team member realized a mistake was made by a newer team member. Luckily it was caught and fixed. I was super impressed by how e wry team member present at some point came up and apologized, saying how they could’ve/should’ve caught it. There was no blaming or shaming of anyone else on the team, and no complaining by the couple of guys that had to stay later. Listen, we’ve all been there - and that’s a mistake the newer tech will never make again in his life ???? It’s one thing to be professional and positive when you do everything to perfection. Easy peasy, right? It’s a whole different animal to stay professional and positive when there’s been a screw up. Highly, highly recommend this crew ??????

Brent saved our lives!! ?? we got an oil change Thursday at Walmart and they didn’t tighten the oil plug and we have been leaking oil for a day and when we are ready to go on a trip to Cali we notice huge oil stains we had to postpone our trip a few hours to wait to get it checked out and Brent was a great guy customer service top notch, even checked out battery Weezy was also very helpful and took care of us to make sure we are riding safe. These people need a raise! ????

I needed my transmission fluid level checked. It didn’t need any fluid so they didn’t charge me for checking the fluid. Great service.

My Transmission was overfilled from elsewhere so they gladly helped me drain it and make sure it was right where it needed to be thank you!

A lot of Jiffy lube in LV but here is the best for me. Any services that they offer make sense and always support customer with good options. Never put on sale list unnecessary or unwanted or make customers feel confused and uncomfortable whatever should I do it or not. MR BRENT IS THE BEST. No spoiling however I stay on west side I drive back to east side.

Went to the Marks Henderson Jiffy and they did not properly complete the job and a sensor came on while on was on Tropicana.. turns out the oil was not properly changed and a sensor was going out.. Asst GM Nick to care if it, no charge for the error. And order my sensor no charge just in case it came back in
