We have been to this location twice and have had amazing service, specifically from the person named Simba. He knows what he's doing, very nice and upfront with everything. The service is faster and cheaper than some other locations we have been to in the past. This is our new permanent go to location for anything car repair related and you should give them a try too, you won't be disappointed.

Izzy Simba Chris Eric and Calvin were nothing but amazing people. They got the job done and kept me informed while making me feel important.

Just came from the E. Tropicana location and let me tell you, the manager Simba & his crew are top notch!!! Got both my wife’s SUV & my truck serviced within a half an hour!!!! No scams, excellent service!!! Will def. be going back as long as Simba is the manager!!!

I chose to come here for the first time simply because of the reviews. I was a bit iffy because my dad had always told me to go to Valvoline. I tried em out and they were all a really nice and cohesive team. I did have to turn off my car so if you have kids with you be mindful of that in the heat. Simba, Beatrice, Chris and Ed are a great crew! They weren’t pushy with getting me to try to buy air filters and got what I asked for, done. I will be returning here for my next ones! Simba also balanced our my tires, which was helpful for my upcoming trip.

I just wanted to take a minute to leave a review for Simba the only employee working at the east Tropicana at 8:20am. I’m getting service done at the moment. I’m watching Simba service my vehicle, answer phones and take care of the customers pulling in for service. What’s going on at this location. Where is his help? I don’t know if he is the manager or not. He is currently managing this location on his own though, which I think is pretty impressive. Go Simba!

The whole staff was very helpful. As soon as I pulled in (just needing any place that could do my oil change) Daniel was patient and directed me to the bays where they place the cars. Another man Brent immediately greeted me and told me to pull in (I was afraid to pull in as I didn’t think I would have it lined up correctly) I asked him if he would do it and he did without any hesitation. As I waited they were all communicating and sounding like a team who all were there for a common goal and working hard. This was my first time here and I plan to be back every time after this with my car! You guys are great!

Simba was very attentive and thorough. I'm clueless when it comes to automotive issues but he simplified it for me. I really appreciated that because other places just throw a lot of info at me without clarifying any of it. I think I found my new shop ??

I brought my car in for an Uber inspection and Brent was so kind to take care of me! Despite the house being packed early morning, he was able to get me in and out all while getting everybody taken care of. I also come here for oil changes too and service is always top tier. 10/10 recommend.
