Wonderful guest service. Jose is very kind!!!

I came in August 14 early in the morning and Jose and Abel were there to great me. I had an Oil change and they told me everything was good on the car and my Oil was changed fast.

Jose at this Las Vegas location SAVED me! I had gotten an oil change in St. George Utah at the River Road location and they tightened oil plug screw too tight so the rubber piece broke which meant that all my oil was spilling from St. George to Las Vegas. My oil engine alert came on which petrified me! I found the closet location and Jose was my angel! He and the crew took care of me, took pictures of oil spillage and gave me notes to take back to the other location. Thank you Jose and crew. I was going to Las Vegas to pick up my daughter from the airport that was visiting me from San Diego. This is the last thing that I wanted to happen on the way to Vegas! I want to thank Jose from the bottom of my heart that he helped me that day! I would give 100 stars if I could. ??

Great and quick service I came in during my lunch break they were able to check lights horn cleaned the windshield, did tire rotation, top off fluids, oil change, filter change and they even told me about a peice of plastic from the bottom was hanging down and they zip tied it up for me free of charges and I was able to get back to work in time, really cool and efficient guys.

My Favorite Jiffy Lube service location!! As, a female its important that I be treated with respect, great service and honest technicians. Everytime I vist the Eastern location on Jiffy Lube, I know I can trust all the team members. I always get Herbert, to assist in my purchase. He always assist with all my questions. Everyone in this location is always super fast and professional. Thank you Eastern Jiffy Lube, for helping me feel welcomed and at ease. I know I can trust my car is at excellent hands.
