My family and I were traveling across the United States on a 30 day road trip, and before leaving town, my mechanic reminded me to make sure I got an oil change along the way. To be honest, that made me a little anxious because, as a woman, I’ve often worried about being taken advantage of at auto shops/mechanics. Because of that, I kept putting it off until the last minute. After spending several days in Las Vegas, I searched for a place that could do a quick oil change before we headed out the afternoon of May 25th. After reading the reviews, I decided on Jiffy Lube on E Sahara Ave, and I’m so glad I did. Chris and the entire team truly took great care of me from start to finish. Not only did they do an excellent job with the oil change, but they also took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, which I really appreciated. They also check my tire pressure and filled it to my specifications. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they made the whole experience stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone, whether you live in Las Vegas or are just passing through like we were. Thank you to the staff for such a pleasant, stress-free experience!
