Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1111 S FORT APACHE RD, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89117-5460

Customer service was great. Jordan, Ty, Shamar and Ekkm were all great to work with. Thanks you guys.

The advisors were very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure they addressed my concerns. My car was making a noise and they rode with me around the block to hear the noise and made appropriate recommendations. The oil change fixed the noise problem. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

Great experience. Fast and friendly! Thank you JORDAN for your expert help!

Good service and good attitude! Very polite one of the best experiences here since I moved! Will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service from everyone here. Especially Hakim

Hakeem & staff were quick & efficient. Really appreciate the easy process of getting an oil change & inspection- will definitely be back

Very professional, nice guys!!

This is my third time coming to this Jiffy Lube, and I’ve had a great experience every single time! I came in for an oil change and wanted to make sure my car didn’t need anything else done. Jordan and his crew helped me out, and they were all super nice, professional, and respectful. The entire service was quick and efficient! They let me stay in my car during the oil change and even did a complimentary inspection of my fluids, tires, and other essentials. Toyota had quoted me over $200 just for an inspection, so I really appreciated that they checked everything at no extra charge. You also get 50% off a car wash after your service. It’s refreshing to find a place with great customer service that’s honest, transparent, and doesn’t make you feel pressured into paying for unnecessary services. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and would definitely recommend this location! Thank you, Jordan and the team!

Jorfan and Jeremy are the best.

Awesome !!! Jordan did great thank you

Amazing!!! Service super friendly staff the work there. Totally recommend them For everything .

This Jiffy Lube location is awesome! We are currently enjoying a long-distance road trip across the country, and realized we were due for an oil change. These guys are super courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Our services were performed by Jeramiah & Tyquan today, and we felt like they went above-and-beyond with the service we requested, plus they checked our coolant and even put a little air in our tires to ensure that we would continue having a safe trip on the road. Cannot recommend this Jiffy Lube business more! The facility is also squeaky clean, with comfortable chairs in the waiting area, and big, clear windows so that you can keep an eye on your vehicle (should they need to ask you some additional questions about your car). We will most definitely choose to come to this location the next time we are on the area. A+++++++ and full marks for Jeremiah & Tyquan, you guys are super stars ???? THANK YOU!!
