Good experience overall, wavy helped out with the fleet vehicle I drove and was able to get me back on road with a quality oil change

had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on Spring Mountain and Rainbow. I met a young man named Wavy, and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me with an oil change and my vehicle inspection for Uber and Lyft. What really stood out to me was his outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. People like Wavy are a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like. He went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate his effort. Thank you, Wavy, for the great service. You definitely made my experience a positive one!

It was my first time coming to this location and guess what, wavy was super impressive. You can tell he knows his stuff and subject matter expert on vehicle inspection and procedures. His knowledge and excellent customer service skills speaks volume. Literally I had to leave from tow other same brand locations, because they were taking so long, wavy got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!
