This 5 star review is for everyone except Kevin. This is my go to location for getting my oil and fluids changed. I was there about 3 weeks ago to get an oil change, and since then noticed a sound coming from the bottom of my car. I figured they must not have put the skip guard back in place correctly. I stopped by today to see if they could just remove the skip guard altogether if it was broken. When I pulled up, I was greeted by Samantha, and explained my situation. She said she would take a look to see what she could do for me. Before pulling into the garage, Kevin comes out of the office and has an animated conversation with Samantha. I can tell he’s giving her a hard time. When I finally do pull into the garage, Kevin is very loudly speaking about me to Samantha saying, “people run things over and break things all the time, why should we fix it for free??” He wasn’t talking to me, but I answered anyway, “I was just here like 3 weeks ago to get my oil changed and the skip guard was not put back on properly.” To which Kevin responded, “how do I know you came here?” I pointed at the Jiffy Lube sticker on my windshield. He threw up his hands and said in a condescending tone, “just checking.” In retrospect, I should have just pulled up my e-receipt. Kevin then continued to holler at Samantha, that she was not going to be able to reach the skip guard bc she had guided me into the garage incorrectly. Samantha eventually calls up to say that, “there are 2 bolts missing.” Hmm, interesting, it seems to me that the last time I was here to get my oil changed, the people who worked on my car must have forgotten to put my bolts back on….. Samantha was able to get my skip guard affixed for now, but she let me know I would need to replace the bolts. She was very helpful and demonstrated exemplary customer service. Kevin on the other hand was incredibly rude to both Samantha and to me. It was clear that he felt comfortable speaking down to us because we’re women. I highly doubt I would have received the same treatment if I were a man or if I had a man with me. There is no room for misogyny in the work place. Do better, Kevin.

I would like to say that wavy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a great attitude and explained everything to me so that I would understand what needed to be done and the reasons why and made an expensive full synthetic oil change not so expensive by giving me a reasonable discount. Overall Wavy is a very good employee and I will keep coming back to see him.

This location provides super fast friendly service. I came in without and appointment and was seen right away and back on the road in less than 30 minutes!

Offered upsell for air filters and engine oil additive, notified me that coolant fluid is low. Full Synthetic oil change for around $130+tax. Entire process took about 15 minutes. Satisfied with visit. Price is a bit high, but that's the economy. Price is on par with local average.
