It’s my first time getting an oil change alone and I had a wonderful experience. They lightened the mood by joking but a good way to break the ice. All the workers were very polite and went into detail about everything they were doing and needs to be done! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience there. Even the guy wasn’t able to complete my initial request, he suggested something else at the end. And our conversation was humorous and friendly when I came back for something else.

I need to remember to only use this location. Unfortunately, other locations are a hit and miss but this one always gets it done and there's no problems. Guys are friendly and I'm happy with the service. I was literally done with jiffy lube after going to a different location because the kids there were not friendly, over charged me, didn't put the oil cap on right, and the national customer service blew me off. I was done and went somewhere else for my last oil change but today I didn't have a lot of time and I was driving past this location. They totally revived my trust so they should all get recognition. Well done fellas. Jordan, Jayden, Shamar, and there was another guy but I missed his name. All efficient and helpful

The gentlemen that serviced my car were absolutely PHENOMINAL today! These guys are the epitome of five star customer service! They were meticulous and thorough. Went to Jiffy Lube on Rainbow & Spring Mountain at the end of a horrible day and their crew (Jordan, Jayden & Shamar) made everything better. The service techs were knowledgeable, fair priced and charming, and made the visit so pleasant that it was the best part of my day! 200% would recommend!
