Good customer service, informed me every step of the way. Jiffy lube needs to take off the 15 mins oil change when people have things to do that is a simple lie. Which is frustrating when all you are getting is an oil change and its an hour later.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The woman on staff who was explaining everything never once made me feel stupid, or that she was trying to upsell me. She took the time to explain what different fluid colors meant, and why replacing them could be beneficial, but still always left the decision up to me. Service was prompt in the expected amount of time for everything I had done. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are someone not car savvy, a woman, or really anyone afraid of being taken advantage of.
