I only come here. They are reliable, trustworthy, and efficient. Darius helps me and he gets it all done quick and inexpensive. Don’t waste time anywhere else that will rip you off.

Delvin asked for us to meet him at West Charleston to follow up on an oil change, tire rotation and air filter check. This is because our car was making a strange noise that didn't exist prior to the mentioned maintenance. He and another mechanic discovered that a skid plate wasn't properly secured. They didn't charge us for the follow up visit. I look forward to interacting with Delvin for future maintenance!

I arrived without an appointment and Delvin took care of me right away. I was prepared to wait since I didn’t have an appointment and I was sure they would have other cars ahead of me. The Delvin got me checked in right away and had me in and out less than 20 minutes. There is plenty of shops around town, but these guys are efficient and are looking to provide a quality service.

I get my oil changed here. Today, I did the free inspection since my tire light came on. In and out real quick. Very friendly group of guys. Thank you.

Delvin was nice, he took care of my car. I did not have the money to get oil change he took what ever I had. He understood my situations. So he changed the oil. He did a very good job.

Both of my back windows stopped closing a while ago. I dreaded getting them fixed for a while and was keeping them closed with packing tape. I finally had to get them fixed today because one of the windows slid all the way down to where I couldn’t grab it anymore. A lot of places either won’t do that service or need a more skilled tech to do it and they are only available on certain days. I called around to a few places and was told that this specific Jiffy Lube was able to do it. Not only did they fix both of my windows (and my tire light) but they did it in less than a half hour. Awesome and friendly service. Would definitely come here again.
