I came in this morning visibly upset because I had an appointment somewhere else and that place said it would take an hour and a half for an oil change. I didn’t have that much time because I was leaving to California immediately after my oil change. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name at jiffy lube who helped me but he got me in and out in about 25 minutes with two other cars ahead of me. He was fast, efficient, and communicated well. I highly appreciate the service I received this morning!

Cam, Adam and Mondo serviced my car at the last minute. They were absolutely amazing, Cam was very informative and the service overall was a 10/10!!

I want to give special recognition to Camron Williams at the Jiffy Lube on Warm Springs and Durango for providing truly outstanding customer service. I came in because I needed help getting a headlight fixed on my son’s car, and Camron went above and beyond to help me. Camron was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout my entire visit. What impressed me most was that Camron didn’t just help with the reason I came in. They also noticed some additional issues with the vehicle that I wasn’t aware of and took the time to explain what needed attention, what I should do next, and where I could go to have those issues properly taken care of. I never felt pressured or like someone was simply trying to sell me additional services. I genuinely felt that Camron cared about making sure my son’s vehicle was safe and that I understood what needed to be done. Camron is exactly the type of employee a company should value and recognize. Their professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression on me. I sincerely hope Jiffy Lube management recognizes Camron for the exceptional service they provide. Camron deserves recognition and opportunities for advancement within the company.
