This location jiffy lube was fast, attentive, and had great customer service. I initially went to the tropicana location and there was no wait but i felt they were being rude and trying hard to upsell me so i just left. But at this durango location, Dante went through all my options and happily answered my questions. I will be back

Had two great young ladies both named Savannah working on my car. It is great to see these young ladies making their money learning the trade

Savannah and David did an excellent job on my Yukon Denali! I was in and out in 15 minutes with no appointment and David is also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone for fast friendly service!

Very, very efficient! David walked me through the different kinds of oil available and he knew the specific kind that my car needs. Then the crew got right to work on my car. They completed a 17 item checklist and noted the condition of each item as assessed on my car. The entire experience was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back to this shop the next time my car needs service.

I typically go early in the morning to avoid the long wait times. Savannah helped me today. She had made sure that I was comfortable while I waited in my car during an oil change by offering their cool air tube, as it is the summer season. The other 2 staff had greeted me. This jiffy shop is conveniently close to my house and go there for whatever car maintenance I need.

They took great care of me this morning, got me out quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. Savanna handled everything like a pro!
