My first time here from the moment I was approached by the service rider he was polite, friendly, and professional. The technician was on time took very good care of my car. I was incredibly happy. One thing that stood out was that they opened the door for me every one of them. In this day and age you don’t see that very often. Great job guys.

I had such a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Minden today! I stopped in right at the end of the day, close to closing, because my Chevy Malibu suddenly started shifting really hard into second and third gear. It had been driving perfectly just an hour before, so I was pretty worried. Nolan helped me out, and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what might be going on. He walked me through what to watch for if adding fluid didn’t solve the issue and gave me clear next steps so I wouldn’t feel stuck or confused. He checked everything thoroughly, topped off my fluids, filled my tires, and made sure I was good to go. Thankfully, it turned out my fluid was low, and now my car is driving much better. I really appreciated how kind and helpful Nolan was, especially so close to closing time. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers. Thank you, Nolan! I will definitely be coming back.
