Josh was amazing! He was so responsive and caring about my concern for my car. He got my family in and out in record time, we didn’t even have to get out of the car. I will definitely be back here for all of my oil changes in the future!

Good fast service with most things explained to me, however I received someone else's receipt after paying. I called when I noticed and asked to have my receipt emailed to me. I was told they couldn't because the person who had access to the system wasn't there, but it somehow was emailed to me anyway. And upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that "unusual engine noise" was listed as present when I checked in, but no one told me about that. They made sure to tell me about literally everything else, except that. The receipt screw up, the run around about getting the correct one sent to me and the failure to inform me about a problem that they listed on the invoice forces me to not give them a full 5 stars. Not to mention that their service isn't exactly cheap, but, I was looking for speed. 3.5 stars would be accurate.

I had a great experience at jiffy lube today. It was my first time bringing my car in to get an oil change and Josh helped me out and was extremely nice and helpful! Would come back again, the service was quick! They are all very good at multitasking when it’s busy and working on multiple cars at once. They still get you out super fast.

As soon as I got to Jiffy Lube I was seen very quick! I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago and had an oil leak that I wanted to be checked out, Josh was very nice and helpful. The technicians was very helpful and knowledgeable also! Jiffy Lube cleaned up the leaks on my vehicle to locate exactly where it was leaking from and didn't charge me anything! I took my vehicle back where I purchased it from to repair, Jiffy Lube advised me to do that. Such a wonderful staff , you have a forever customer! Thank you guys so much!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this Jiffy Lube thanks to Josh, Russell, and Jay. I had just left Tire Works where they told me it would be about a 2 hour wait and that I might even have to leave my car there until the end of the day. That just wasn’t an option for me, so I stopped by Jiffy Lube hoping they might be able to help. The moment I pulled in, Josh stepped up and immediately took control of the situation. You could tell right away he knew exactly what he was doing. He was organized, calm, and got everything moving without any confusion or delay. While Josh was keeping everything running smoothly, Russell made sure the work itself was done safely and correctly. He double checked everything and made sure my car was good to go before I even thought about leaving. On top of that, Jay took the time to look over my engine and even checked over the entire car for me at no extra charge. He pointed out a couple things I should keep an eye on and explained it in a way that actually made sense. Nobody tried to upsell me or pressure me into anything. They just wanted to make sure I was safe and informed. What really blew my mind was how fast everything happened. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes when another shop was talking about hours and possibly keeping my car all day. The price difference was basically nothing, maybe about $15 more than what I originally paid, but the service, honesty, and peace of mind I got was worth way more than that. I know people sometimes believe the bad press they see online, but this location proved the opposite today. The teamwork between Josh, Russell, and Jay shows they actually care about their customers and the safety of the cars leaving their shop. I’m honestly tearing up typing this because it’s rare to run into people who take that kind of pride in their work anymore. I trust this Jiffy Lube with my life and the life of my family, friends, and coworkers. If you need work done and want people who will take care of you the right way, come here and ask for Josh, Russell, and Jay. 10/10 service and I’ll absolutely be coming back.

There were questions about being able to flush the transmission on my particular model of car. They were able to do it and they did it quickly and got a full synthetic oil change. Quick and easy. Pricey but well done.
