Josh and friends did an amazing job doing an oil change they cleaned my windshield and provided cold air for my little one it was one of the best experiences iv had

Amazing customer service and had water and air cooling service for anyone. The manager I spoke to on the phone Josh was a nice and professional guy who help me get a better deal with an oil change!!! Definitely recommend coming to jiffy for a quick and easy oil change or any service ur needed for ur vehicle!!

Came into Jiffy Lube because my car was running a bit hot in this Vegas heat! Josh was quick to help and discovered I was low on coolant! He topped it off and had me in and out of there in a jiffy!

I used to always go to Valvoline (it was like a street or 2 down Craig going East from the Jiffy Lube on Craig and Decatur), but I had a previous issue with them. So, I thought I would go to Jiffy Lube instead for an oil change this time around. They were quick. However, I didn’t know I was supposed to get conventional oil and not synthetic oil. I completely forgot that I always opt in for conventional, but I didn’t remember that at the time when I was only presented the synthetic option from what was presented to me. However, when we spoke with Josh, the general manger, the next day over the phone they were able to take out the synthetic oil and put in the conventional oil and provide us a discount. I’m glad that they were very understanding about it. I’d go back here since they were quick and able to assist me without any escalations/issues. Definitely will remember to get conventional oil for my next oil change!
