Very friendly staff, helpful and flagged issues and directed me where to get missing cap. Toyota dealership was so great I ended up buying a new car!

I stopped by Jiffy Lube on my way out of town because I was tired of looking at my maintenance light on my dash. They changed my oil & filter, checked all my fluids and I was in and out in ten to twelve minutes.

I have a very positive experience today. I arrived late morning, greeted as I was pulled up, informed that it would be a 40 minute wait and that inside my dog was allowed and there are beverages. I did not feel like 40 minutes. I saw the employees treating customers with respect/kindness. The employees interacted with each also with respect. I was assisted with choosing the best oil for my car. At the end showed me the new clean oil levels in my car, went over all the caps to make sure they were tighten on. Base off today service, I would come again

Nathanial and his team were AMAZINGLY responsive, informative and kind. As soon as I drove up, I felt like royalty...at an oil change place???? REALLY??? No...REALLY! Nathanial didn't hard sell the 'oil flush' or anything else, but he did EDUCATE me and made me feel like I had a choice. That's rare in many of these fast oil change places. THANK YOU, NATHANIAL! You are a great representation of how someone should take PRIDE in their work and make their customers happy! I'll be back! (that's a good thing!)

Just moved to Nevada from California and I've used Oil Changers religiously and loved them. Since Nevada doesn't have them I decided to try you guys out and I'm very relieved to have found a just as suitable place, friendly, fast and efficient ?? ?? making my move easier ?? ?? ??
