I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! They got me in and out in 15 min or less, and they alerted me to some other issues with my car that I have been trying to figure for a couple of weeks that other mechanics have not been able to figure out. Highly recommend!!

Great work team got me all fixed up for my trip. Rotated my tires, oil change and even serviced my transmission too. Alex,Jared and Jose did a great job.

I have a 25ft diesel rv. When I called the automated service said the patriot Reno location could handle rv. When I arrive employee said no but directed me to south rock Reno location could. So we headed there. The 3 gentleman working looked over the rv and was worried that the air conditioner on top wouldn’t fit. But they said they will find a way to get the service done and they did!! Excellent customer service!! All 3 guys were professional, helpful and got the job done!!

Arrived at 12:15 pm on a Wednesday. No wait to enter the service bay. Staff was friendly and efficient. Sales representative was clear, and not pushy. It cost $118.57 to change my oil with synthetic with a $12 off coupon. Finished and out th door before 12:40. I felt the price was acceptable, but if I could have been served for under $100 I would have awarded five stars.

I was pleased with the service and staff. I do not give 5 stars and it is a personal thing. If I did I would give them 5 stars. Why because there is always room to improve more .

Very quick in/out service on A Saturday afternoon. Offered lens restoration which I have been meaning to get to, but didn't even know Jiffy Lube offered that service.
