Always great service! Thanks Vic and team

Thank you for going over and above with my car, but also the other customers I witnessed while I was there. I came to your shop after one of your competitors stripped bolts out on my car and said they were unable to fix it. Your techs not only fixed it, but replaced the damaged bolts. Thank you for earning my trust and business!

Very quick and courteous service.

Great service and clear communication. Was in and out quickly. They also take Apple Pay which was a huge relief.

Excellent experience they were willing to do the other weights listed in the manual the service was done quick it actually ended up being slightly less than originally quoted because we brought our own oil absolutely excellent experience very appreciative they have earned my trust now ?? ty you guys give a good name unlike the other shops that don't do what they are supposed, thank you for being honest. They checked other fluids even tho they don't have to, lights and were exceptionally accommodating.... Ty for the experience wonderful team at this store... Was around 62$ after tax but we bought our own oil 42$ 6 quarts 5.5 specifically.

The team you had there today were fantastic.Great customer service.

Very professional and kind techs. Wonderful customer service. Fast and efficient

Excellent, timely and polite service!

Couldn’t have been an easier pitstop. I went on a Saturday morning before my son’s football game at Golden Eagle. William met me at my car and then walked me into the office. All I asked for was an oil change. Coupon was good. I also came in without any windshield wiper fluid, which they topped off. They also were kind enough to clean off my windshield which was an added perk. The staff was excellent. One thing I noticed is anytime I looked at an employee they smiled. I thought that was an amazing touch. If I’m back up north I will certainly go back to that Jiffy to see William and his crew.

Quick and efficient service.

They guys were great. They showed me things that I didn't know. Very polite and answered all my questions. The price was good. I'm going back to get other work done. The guys were the best!! I would send everyone to them.

Staff was courteous and efficient.

This jiffy lube off of Los Altos is my go to location. Busy or not, they take good care of me and my car. They always have helpful suggestions and honest about services critical to my car’s function. Victor and Will are the guys I usually deal with and they’re very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m still meeting the rest of the team, but they all work like a well oiled machine.

Gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was quick & didn't try to upsale!

Great oil change nice and fast

Jen and her team are true professionals in every aspect of Jen wanted to be sure my car issues were thoroughly investigated before buying parts I might not need. Once the was determined they repaired the spark plug issue and changed my oil with nonissues. Thanks for always taking care of us Jen and team. They service all 3 of our vehicles and we have never had issues. Testament to Jen’s leadership and superb knowledge of cars. Tom and Michelle
