I booked an appointment today, 8/11, at 3 PM for an oil change. I arrived at the store around 2:40 PM, and there were four vehicles ahead of me. I was assisted quickly, and my oil change started at 3:05 PM and was completed around 3:30 PM. The crew was fast and efficient, and I’m so happy I was able to get it done during my lunch break from work. Great service!

The guys were awesome, they were friendly, and honest . Worth the price .

Look if you don’t know how to change the oil on an Audi, let me know. They drained my transmission fluid, I guess double filled my oil reservoir because they didn’t drain it . Now I am out a car till the district manager gets in tomorrow. I was also charged for this service. When I went back the manager went above and beyond. They went and got my transmission fluid and plug from Audi, fixed the issue. They then gave me two free oil changes. Accidents happens, stepping up, and fixing them goes a long way.

Ran into a snag today while getting an oil change. Purchased the pre-paid oil change package online for a specific type only to find out after my oil change was done that the oil change I thought I got at the Los Altos location wasn't what it was supposed to be. I wasn't about to pay double and have to use the certificate at a later time. Skyler the floor manager came in and was awesome. He was able to get me a great price for the oil change they did today. I'll admit, I was getting heated as I was not happy about not only the last oil change I got at the Los Altos location, but now having to pay again and as I'm leaving on a work trip, did not make me a happy camper. So maybe they just didn't want me getting really upset now having to pay twice. Skyler was empathetic and even showed me how to request a refund for the package I had just bought. Not knowing, I could request to get a refund and not have to sit on the certificate until I got my oil changed again (usually only once a year since I hardly drive my car), and have that certificate expire. This new Tierra Del Sol location is awesome and I'll only go to this one from now on. Thanks, Skyler!

Another superb visit to Jiffy Lube. From Vegas to Reno, I am a committed Jiffy Lube customer. Today I just needed a smog, and they were amazing. The customer service was great. One of the managers, Skyler, took care of me. I will definitely return and recommend this location.

One of the best jiffy lube I have been to , cleaned my windshield and buffed off what didn’t come off the scrubber. After made to to go through everything the topped off and announced it was secured . And even showed the new oil on my oil stick . 10/10 recommend this location

went in for an oil change. service was excellent. took him about 10 minutes. they did a fabulous job topped off all the fluids took $35 off the bill from our coupon and we were out of there. loved the service

JP and Julian were wonderful! They went above and beyond to get my plug out of my Subaru Crosstrek where the Subaru dealer messed up my plug on my last oil change. My husband was going to change the oil himself but couldn’t get the plug out. Julian said he would do his best and got it out. He didn’t think they had the plug for Subaru’s in stock and went to O’Reilly’s to get one. But JP found them and finished my oil change while Julian was gone. So friendly and helpful!

Great group of guys but my issue is for an additional $9 they would top my coolant off,I paid $165 before that charge.what is it the $165 covers then???
