Always great service and good employees and courteous customer service

I got my Chevy bolt inspected at Jiffy Lube today and it was only $10. I was super happy. This is the least I’ve ever paid for a vehicle Inspection.

It was a very fast service thank you very much

Receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Work was done as directed and in and out in a fairly timely manner. 90 minutes or so.

Went in for an oil change and inspection. Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful!

I showed up before opening on a Sunday for a NYS inspection. Was in and out in 35 minutes. Perfect

I went in for an oil change with my Nissan rogue 2022. Apparently my vehicle has a lot of recalls and engine issuesi discovered after they did the oil change. I drove home and my vehicle then started spitting out white smoke and shaking and randomly turning off. I’ve only had this car for six months and this was the first oil change. I got so I called the next day and asked if I can bring my vehicle back. I called the following day because I got serviced on a Sunday and they were already closed. I spoke to I believe the Assistant manager named Bri. She was super helpful and the hospitality of this individual was amazing. I can’t point fingers at anyone or blame them because they honestly just revealed an issue with my car that has been prolonging to be found. This woman went above and beyond and actually went to another store to get equipment to check to see what was going on with my vehicle, come to find out my coolant system was actually slowly leaking into my engine not only did she spend her own money to buy these tools that they did not have but she also made sure to call the store manager and the district manager, and they did a thorough run through and diagnostic on my vehicle. They even offered to reimburse me for a tow if need be, and if it was an issue with my oil change to reimburse me for the oil change, I’m really not mad about the situation. I was blessed to have worked with such kind and hospitable individuals because she did not have to do what she did for me. She also took pictures and videos and sent me all the information so when I had my car towed to Nissan, they could see everything that she already had done and the diagnostics that they had ran. I highly recommend going to Jiffy Lube and if you get the chance to get Bri definitely do so they’re not that many people that would go go above and beyond like she did. Even after I left the shop and waited for them to look at my vehicle, she kept calling and sending me updates on what was going on which did bring peace and ease. I then had AAA come and tow my car because there is a warranty on the engine unfortunately the oil change being done did not negatively affect my car, but it did trigger the issue. Not there fault at all and honestly so blessed. Thank you ! Once my car is fixed, I’ll be back to get my free car wash ??

Good store to bring for oil change/inspection..in and out pretty quickly and are very honest about their service

Got an inspection. All the people where great. The service was great. But there was no AC and it was way to hot in the waiting room and made it a terrible time.
