I went in for an oil change with my Nissan rogue 2022. Apparently my vehicle has a lot of recalls and engine issuesi discovered after they did the oil change. I drove home and my vehicle then started spitting out white smoke and shaking and randomly turning off. I’ve only had this car for six months and this was the first oil change. I got so I called the next day and asked if I can bring my vehicle back. I called the following day because I got serviced on a Sunday and they were already closed. I spoke to I believe the Assistant manager named Bri. She was super helpful and the hospitality of this individual was amazing. I can’t point fingers at anyone or blame them because they honestly just revealed an issue with my car that has been prolonging to be found. This woman went above and beyond and actually went to another store to get equipment to check to see what was going on with my vehicle, come to find out my coolant system was actually slowly leaking into my engine not only did she spend her own money to buy these tools that they did not have but she also made sure to call the store manager and the district manager, and they did a thorough run through and diagnostic on my vehicle. They even offered to reimburse me for a tow if need be, and if it was an issue with my oil change to reimburse me for the oil change, I’m really not mad about the situation. I was blessed to have worked with such kind and hospitable individuals because she did not have to do what she did for me. She also took pictures and videos and sent me all the information so when I had my car towed to Nissan, they could see everything that she already had done and the diagnostics that they had ran. I highly recommend going to Jiffy Lube and if you get the chance to get Bri definitely do so they’re not that many people that would go go above and beyond like she did. Even after I left the shop and waited for them to look at my vehicle, she kept calling and sending me updates on what was going on which did bring peace and ease. I then had AAA come and tow my car because there is a warranty on the engine unfortunately the oil change being done did not negatively affect my car, but it did trigger the issue. Not there fault at all and honestly so blessed. Thank you ! Once my car is fixed, I’ll be back to get my free car wash ??

Got an inspection. All the people where great. The service was great. But there was no AC and it was way to hot in the waiting room and made it a terrible time.

NYS Inspection

Oil change was a lil expensive but honestly I don’t even care because the woman who worked there Nichole was insanely sweet and probably the most personable amazing woman I’ve ever met. 10/10 on the customer service so much so that I don’t care about the price.

The service was excellent, they explained everything completely, and were very fast considering the number of vehicles they had in the bay,

I used them for State Inspection for my Lexus GS350 and I checked beforehand and it passed with no issues. They are not trying to find anything. They remove only the front wheel for the brakes - which is the minimum the state requires. Some shops will inspect all 4 wheels and sell you rear brakes if they are low. They will test your parking brake if it holds with a bit of gas. Staff is very efficient even with many customers - many shops around make you do appointments days in advance. They do try to sell filters - I felt mine had life left left but they suggested a replacement. The price for the filter, about $20 is very fair if someone needs it and don't want to or can't DIY.

Went in for an oil change on my vehicle. Was greeted right away. My technician Lavaughn , took care of the service. Performed all needed maintenance. Service with a smile. Filter prices were a little high but it was convenient to get it done. All work was double checked and I am confident my vehicle is in excellent working condition. Free car wash was a bonus. Don’t forget to go to the website for a coupon for oil change.
