Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1755 CENTRAL AVE, ALBANY, NY, 12205-4733

Great clean place for NYS inspection. Took me right away on Saturday at 4:30

There are a lot of new faces but the team did a great job on my vehicle!….

The last time I went to this location it took about 3hrs, when I checked in no one could give me a timeframe, and it wasn't the best experience overall. But when I arrived this morning for an oil change and state inspection the gentleman that greeted me advised it would be about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes and asked if that'd still be okay. I said yes because I just wanted to get it done, thinking it probably be much longer, and had a book along with a drink to be safe, but I was grabbed at 50mins and told what all was going on and went over pricing and what the car needed. Then about 15mins later the car was done, all set with no issues. I even left with a smile.

Great

Friendly and informative staff.

Excellent service ?? ????????

Safety inspection, oil change, tire rotation. Great service, fast and curtious.

Very quick when it comes to inspections, no appointment required and on weekdays it’s not too busy. Staff are also very cool for the short experience I had around them, great people. Also give discounts :). You don’t get that everywhere.

Friendly staff, was in and out in less than an hour with an oil change and inspection. This is a VERY busy location so expect to wait to get your vehicle in!

Even though the Hoffman’s left and it’s now just Jiffy Lube, the prices are still great and the service is quick and customer oriented. They managed to get through an entire line of cars before mine as well as my service within an hour of me pulling into the lot.

All I got to say is was in and out very quickly GREAT TEAM!!!

Every Professional

The young lady that checked me in and cashed me out was very kind, polite and thorough.

Thank you so much to the crew for getting me in and out fast. I’ve spent two weeks finding a place for a state inspection, and these guys got me in right away with no appointment. Everyone was so kind! 10/10!!!

Wonderful service

Pulled in at 5:35–one of the last customers on a Sunday, with no appointment. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Had encounters with 4 different employees while I was there for various reasons. Each one was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. So impressed! I was in and out in 20 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Great job, Jiffy Lube!

Staff was friendly and very helpful! Waiting area was clean and even had little water bottles during services. Oil change and NYS inspection done without any hassle with a free car wash, can’t beat it!

Awesome

I got my Chevy bolt inspected at Jiffy Lube today and it was only $10. I was super happy. This is the least I’ve ever paid for a vehicle Inspection.

It was a very fast service thank you very much
