Got in and out in no time EVERYONE was nice

The oil change was performed in a timely manner at a good price. I was told my rear brakes were in desparate need of replacement. My rear brakes are drum brakes. The curious part about that assessment is, in order to inspect rear drum brakes, the tires must be removed. Since my truck was not on a lift, and not in a position to remove a tire, I am questioning the validity of the assessment. If the technician really meant the front brakes, those brakes are only half worn and not in need of replacement.

I think the service here was great! It was quick, efficient, and sufficient. The staff was ready to help, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will definitely return.

The team accommodated me at the last minute to get my inspection done before going overdue! Can’t beat that type of customer service for a slacker like me!

The wait was about 2 hours from atart to finish, but this was no fault of the team. They worked efficiently and courteously. I went for a NYS inspection.

On this occasion we stopped in for a simple NYS inspection. We were number three in line and they moved us in quickly and got the job done just as quickly. This is how it should always be done by everybody else!

Came in for a quick inspection and received phenomenal service. The team was super friendly and efficient. They noticed my undercarriage panel was hanging down because a different shop hadn't secured it properly, and they took care of refastening it at no extra cost. Small touches like that—plus removing my old registration sticker and placing the new one—prove they really care about their customers. Fast, honest, and helpful!
