I had stopped at 2 other jiffy lines who were unable to offer service on my car. John in Cortland was knowledgeable, he knew exactly what service I was requesting. He clearly explained it to me. I immediately knew my car was in good hands.

What an amazing place in Cortland! I haven’t experienced this kind of Over the Top service in a while!!! These ??mechanics were So Amazing, coming out to help the other coworkers and make sure I was satisfied !!! They really paid attention to detail! I thought I was on another planet ??!!! Love it. I called around to different places to do my oil change this place was the cheapest. But don’t let that fool you. They have wonderful customer service and explained things really well.

The people who changed the oil in my car today were quick and efficient! I used a coupon so the price was very reasonable! Definitely would recommend!
