Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 840 Route 13, Cortland, NY, 13045-0000

They were absolutely the best. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jim, Ryan and Gage, whom treated me with the utmost respect. I will definitely be returning to this location.

I've been going there long enough to know what they are supposed to do. This time the tech skipped a few steps, nothing big but I knew a few things about my car that they should have mentioned them.

So grateful for this place. Pleasant workers. Also, honest! I thought I needed an oil change, but I was looking at the wrong info. They could have easily "charged me" for something I did not need. Great guys! I highly recommend!

Very polite and kind employees!

Service tech was good and friendly.

Very fast and friendly. Recommended for you needs.

This was first time going to a Jiffy Lube and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. Raymond greeted us with professionalism and politeness galore, and the rest of the staff were also wonderful. Raymond and the team are the reason I will be returning to Cortland Jiffy Lube!

I was overly impressed with this Jiffy Lube! The service was excellent and everyone there was so helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Raymond who went above and beyond to provide the best customer service!

Been here three times now. Mike and Jim helped me today, they were great, friendly and so personable. Ryan, who I assume is a Manager, is always on it too. He's been there every time and makes the experience excellent. I don't normally recommend Jiffy Lubes, but this one is top tier service.

First time visiting a Jiffy Lube will definitely be back! Noticed a nail in my tire went straight to jiffy lube as it was the closest auto shop to me and the tire was plugged and my crisis was averted in less than 20 minutes! Great customer service and no issues!

The employees were respectful and pleasant. It was a great experience

Jiff in Cortlandville, has been great. We worked together to diagnose my Jeep and fix it cheaper than the Dodge Dealer. They even found things that the dealer didn't find.

The guys were very professional and it didn't take very long.

Quick oil change and the guys there were great!

Very nice people. They got me right in and on my way

Experienced guys who enjoy what they do. Can't get better than that.

I had an Awesome experience here will definitely come back and recommend them to others! Special shout out to Ryan, Andrew and Blake for doing a fantastic job on my car will come back again for my next oil change!

They got me right and told me what was going on. I didn’t realize they did inspections too, so I got that done and my oil changed. Very happy.

Cowboy & the guys were great to get me in & out on a Saturday morning. Invoicing a national account can be a real pain at a lot of other places. Not here!
