Fantastic service. Quick and efficient. Hiram and Travis, and Nyjeek were wonderful.

the technician Hiram is very friendly, nice, funny, loving, smart, amazing, extraordinary, and outstanding. went for a oil change and they even helped me put fuel injector cleaner in my car at no extra cost. the crew is great and especially Hiram.

I came to the Deer Park location and the team there: Jerry, Travis , Lida and G took good care of me. I had a wonderful experience with them and they really made my time there worth it. I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube! Jerry and the entire team working on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They got my oil change done quickly without making me feel rushed, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. It's obvious that this team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and worked together seamlessly to make the entire visit smooth and stress-free. They made sure my vehicle was well taken care of while treating me with kindness and respect throughout the process. It's not often you find a team that combines speed, quality, and exceptional customer service so well. Jerry and everyone working that shift deserve recognition for the outstanding job they do.
