Oil change and cabin filter replacement was the services provided. The personel were great and friendly I just thought the filter was over priced by far....a coupon would have helped I am a loyal customer...

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube in Derby, NY! Joe W., Mario Q., Logan K., and Francis B. were absolutely incredible. They were all so kind, respectful, and professional. They explained everything clearly to me and made me feel very comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire visit. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and this team truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely be returning for future service!

Great service! Came in with a flat tire I got on my drive into work. Was in and out within a half hour, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I even got to keep the screw that’d been lodged in my tire.

The guys were VERY friendly and professional and took their time to answer my questions.

My rear driver tire kept slowly losing air. The employees were able to get me in quickly and fix the issue the tire. They were friendly and informative and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend this location.
