Great job on brake fluid exchange. Even pointed out some serious suspension problems and fixed another brake glitch for me. Highly recommend

I went to jiffy lube in E.syr. off Erie Blvd. Had a wonderful experience everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I bought 4 tires they were very fast at doing them i thought i would be there twice as long as I was.Ray the manager is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with very knowledgeable highly recommend using his services. I believe you will be happy with the results

Swung by late on a Friday for my 1st oil change there. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating, Devon in particular. Lounge area felt comfortable and well-maintained, unlike others. They didn’t overcomplicate what I needed or try to upsell me. Honest and communicative. Impressed me enough to write a Google review, which is a rare feat!

First time going to jiffy lube, and it was a 10/10 experience! Brycen was really helpful and kind, and I was done with my oil change within 25 mins! I will be a return customer!!

Excellent service from Devon and Aaron today 4/11/26. Quick, efficient, topped off fluids. They explained everything. Really excellent. Devon even taught me how to put in an engine air filter that I had previously purchased.

I absolutely love coming here for oil changes and such. The staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad interaction with anyone there. They never talk down to you or try to sell you things you don't need. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with a well stocked fridge for drinks and hot coffee is waiting for you. They are very efficient with the services and I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I recommend this specific Jiffy Lube to all my friends, coworkers, and family.

Great people that won’t try to just get money out of you. If you need any type of work done, ask them before taking it to the dealer and you’ll probably save some money!
