Car was serviced but Devon, the best service I've ever had with a mechanic in my life! Quick, in and out and was very respectful. He had very good, kind of brotherly like energy! Would recommend to all!

I had a bad experience with my precious car dealer Koerner Ford and my car broke on highway today , I managed to pull in to Jiffy Lube’s parking lot toward their closing time . To my big surprise, they had me wait for less than 10mins n took time to fix it with No charge ! I actually was ready to pay as long as I could get it done today . guys there were nice friendly n kind , they insisted on not taking my money ! Could not be more grateful ! Definitely highly recommend this place , not to mention their well-paved parking lot , cozy waiting room n clean workshop! Thank you guys ! I will definitely be back again ! ????????

Thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and care. This was my first time at this particular Jiffy Lube, Raymond and the team on March 7th were really attentive and thorough with the work on my engine. Highly recommend their services and will be returning for future business.

I had the most pleasant experience with Devon and Ray. Everything was explained in detail step by step..Very professional and and easy to have a conversation with both. We had some laughs and got my car all taken care of of!!!! Will go back when to this location when service is needed again. You have to great employees at this location. .

Ray and team were great. Time flew by. New tires make it feel like a new car.

Very short wait time to get in and job completed quickly. Devon was very knowledgeable and friendly. Extras offered, but not super pushy like other places that make you feel like a POS for declining new wipers or cabin filter. Highly recommend.

Quick and efficient

I’d highly recommend Jiffy Lube as an alternative to the other over priced (in my opinion) quick serve options. Sometimes simplified service just makes more sense$

First time at this location and the customer service did not disappoint. Everytime I get my oil changed everyone is so great and its always fast. Today I even arrived just as someone was pulling in ahead of me and I still left in less than 30 minutes. Great to know that no matter the location I can expect to be well taken care of.

Today I decided to go to the Jiffy Lube the one off of Erie Boulevard to be exact .. I honestly had the best service I could’ve ever received no Wait, great customer service it was excellent. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Very grateful experience. I will definitely be back every time! If you’re looking for a place to get an oil change or any other work done, definitely give them a try! A great crew all the guys were very helpful & pleasant! Thank you once again!
