Got in right away...good service.

I had an oil change and inspection at Jiffy Lube on Bridge St in East Syracuse. They were prompt and helpful. A job well done.

Quick and easy!

Prompt and courteous service, I was even offered a chair that was brought outside where I preferred to wait on a beautiful day! This is the second time using Jiffy for an emergency service and so pleased with their service both times! I needed my flat tire changed and they took me right away with no appointment and saved the day for me!

The station was clean, comfortable and the service was extremely fast and friendly!

Too hot and humid to do it myself

I was getting my oil changed. Had a good experience. Both Alex and Michael were very helpful.

I was there for the state safety inspection. The staff was friendly and I didn’t have to wait for long.

Outstanding customer service--arrived at a fairly busy day and time in need of an oil change and state inspection. Was greeted by Dale, who let me know the current wait, then advised days and times that we're typically less busy. Came back when he advised-- got there a little before they opened, and another technician still came out to greet me. Got me right in, everything done, pulled out of there 32 minutes after pulling in. Efficient, extremely friendly-- again, special shout out to Dale, this is now my go-to!

I went to jiffy lube in E.syr. off Erie Blvd. Had a wonderful experience everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I bought 4 tires they were very fast at doing them i thought i would be there twice as long as I was.Ray the manager is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with very knowledgeable highly recommend using his services. I believe you will be happy with the results
