He took the time to explain what my car needed, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was Apollo’s attention to detail and customer service. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which isn’t something you always get with car service visits. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the customer experience. If you’re heading to Jiffy Lube, definitely ask for Apollo. Top-tier service all around. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

First time coming here for an oil change and very pleased with the service. Communicated things very well and were pretty fast. Not the 15 min they promised but also not a very long wait... Maybe 45min to 1 hr. A little disappointed that I couldn't get my tires rotated because they didn't have anyone available to do it but not the end on the world. I'll be coming back here!

Super friendly people and service was so fast! Apollo helped me today and was so helpful changing my headlight and got my tires filled up for me before I started driving. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Great Service and no waiting around!

Came for an oil change and inspection and was greeted immediately by Damaris. She was informative and explained everything. She told me they weren’t going to be able to perform the inspection but upon the oil change, Apollo was able to do it for me so I wouldn’t have to come back on the weekend. Damaris and Apollo were both very kind, personable, and provided amazing customer service. I was able to get my oil change, inspection, and replaced my battery. I personally love coming here since almost everyone here is super friendly. Thank you for the amazing service!

Nice staff that gets a lot of customers. While it may seem like they're always busy. They make it work pretty fast.

I came in to have my 4runner's fluids exchanged (transfer case, differentials and rad drain & fill)! I may get the name of the tech wrong but I think it was Tristin. In any event, the work was thorough and not as time consuming as it would've been had I gone to the dealer. I will be back for my spark plugs and cabin filter replacements! Tristen(?) is an excellent employee; very personable which is missing in many service industries! Keep and appreciate Him!!!
