I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on E South St in Geneseo. My heat shield fell off while I was driving into town, and I pulled in, hoping they could help. The team immediately checked and helped remove the loose heat shield from my car so I could safely continue driving. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout. What really stood out was that they didn’t even ask for any compensation; they just genuinely wanted to help. It’s rare to find service like that these days. I’m very grateful for their assistance and would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area. Thank you for the kindness and great service!

Mike B the manager came right out as soon as I pulled in and asked what he could help me with. I needed an oil change and he had my car in and out within 10-15 minutes. Very honest with what he thought the vehicle needed and was quick to help. Extremely kind the customer service was absolutely appreciated ?? I highly recommend!! Thank you to the men at jiffy for taking one less worry off my plate!

I stopped in, it's my first time at JiffyLube. The office was CLEAN?? they had coffee and EVERYTHING ?? The customer service was top tier, I had an oil change, new filters and was out the door in less than 20 minutes ??

This Jiffy Lube is great. They're nice, never too busy, and don't nickel and dime you with unnecessary expenses. I've never had to wait too long. The waiting area doesn't have a TV, which is great so you can actually relax without the squawking. Love these guys!

The only place we take our vehicles, unless it’s for a service they don’t offer but that’s rare. They’re very down to earth, friendly, fast, & we trust their recommendations & estimates. The manager even applied a coupon to our final invoice that we weren’t aware existed, saving us about $40. Every experience is positive here & we’ve been going here for years.
