Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 4950 Southwestern Blvd., Hamburg, NY, 14075

Had a nail in my tire and they took me in right away great service.

15 minute pleasant needed service. Polit and respectful.

Nate and his team at Jiffy Lube were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, friendly, thorough, and made the entire service experience quick and stress-free. They clearly explained everything and treated my vehicle with great care. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend Nate and his team!

Pulled up, Micah took me right away, no hassle, no fuss. Great service!

I went to the 2 ford dealerships in Hamburg and they were both empty at 3:30 and the other 1:00. They said we aren’t taking anyone sorry. I said you have no cars in shop. They said ya I can see. I went to jiffy lube and they did everything to make sure I was happy. I am now a repeat customer. Thanks to Javon and crew in Hamburg in and out in 10 mins.

Oil change

Gentleman who waited on me was very helpful ! I wish I knew his name—he deserves a free lunch!

Jiffy Lube in Hamburg is great!

Great honest customer service!

Dav and Davon are phenomenal employees very quick and efficient

Oil change on a diesel truck- amazing work- nice guys and good prices!!!

In and out??

These guys are awesome! I pulled up because I was in need of a tire repair. They were very busy but the gentleman came out and took care of me. I had a van full of dogs. I believe his name was Zach. He needs a raise!!!

Very friendly and knowledgible.

I’m not sure which guy it was that did my oil change I never got a name but my receipt says it was either Devin or Walt anyway whichever one it was checked over my entire car even though it was only there for an oil change and found that my serpentine belt was bad and that my brakes were getting low and needed to be changed… whichever ever young, tall, brown haired i believe guy it was I give my sincere thanks to cause he saved my butt by letting me know that belt was going bad. He saved me from having to spend more money by letting me know it needed to be changed asap or else my car was gonna be scrap. So thank you to whichever guy it was and he totally deserves a raise or something for it!

Amazing people so friendly I would highly recommend

Staff especially respectful kind . Store and waiting area clean and comfortable best experience ever here Ty to nick up front

At least Jiffy Lube let's you know what kind and brand of oil they're using when they change the oil. Previously when I had it changed at another place, they weren't even sure what type of it oil it was much less the brand. But that's ok, I know where I'm going from now on...

Very welcoming

Best service, great communication, and better than pep boys

The employees of this establishment were very kind and as in the name jiffy with my oil change. The prices were great! Walt and Nate da Goat!
