I’ve been to Jiffy Lube locations all across the East Coast, but somehow the best one I’ve ever visited ended up being here in Western New York. I stopped in for a bulb replacement and was blown away by the customer service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. I was helped by Nate who was awesome! If you’re in WNY, this is absolutely the Jiffy Lube to visit. They’ve earned a customer for the next several years. 11/10

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Von, aka Walt. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of the right way. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and values his customers, which is something you do not see enough anymore. What stood out most was how personable and honest he was throughout the entire experience. He made everything feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. It is rare to come across someone who combines great customer service with such a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Let alone have such a great little smile on his face! Walt truly goes above and beyond, and Jiffy Lube is lucky to have someone like him on their team.

Went to Jiffy Lube for my last Oil Change where Nate and Davon worked on my vehicle. I was beyond satisfied with their services as they were very knowledgeable about my vehicle and very efficient with their work. With this experience I will continue to go there as I feel confident about their work!

These guys are the best. I know you can go anyplace to get an oil change, but here I truly felt appreciated as a customer. I didn't even go for an oil change, I actually went because I needed a battery. They offer so many more services than just changing oil, and they do it with the most pleasant demeanor and welcoming attitudes I have not seen in a long time. They had me in and out promptly, and they didn't try to "upsell"me with other parts that I wasn't even there for. Again, you can go anyplace for an oil change or brake fluid change or a coolant flush and fill, but it's not even about the services they offer, it was about their service. If you want a variety of services, and you want to FEEL like you truly matter to them as a customer, this is the place to go. These guys really were the best.

Fastest easiest inspection i have ever gone through in my life. I pulled up. I was taken care of immediately. Will be back again and recommend to everyone.

My tire popped right in front of this shop, and they were so nice and helpful. They put on my spare tire, checked the air in my other tires, and had me back on the road really quickly. Everyone was friendly and made a stressful situation a lot easier. I really appreciate the help. Thank you again!
