I always have great service at this Jiffy Lube location! Charles, Dan and Earl provided me great service! Dan was very thorough in going over the inspection details on the PC in the waiting room. I will be getting additional services done here. The building was clean and well maintained and the coffee and water was nice. Dan offered me both as soon as I came in! Thank you all! Pat Guider!

Very clean place, polite and respectful employees. Very clear and attentive to detail and with communication. Me being deaf didn't bother them at all, the attending employee did his best to gesture to make sure I understood what he was saying. Much appreciated! They even had coffee and water for the customers & public bathroom. I appreciated that.

Service was great

After spending 2 days trying to find a place to get a NYS inspection done quickly, I ended up finding this JiffyLube. So glad I did!! Wait time was extremely reasonable- and you can wait inside in comfort! They were so kind, friendly and helpful!! Didn’t try to sell me anything- just advised me that I would need tires soon and gave me some quotes. I will definitely go back for my future service needs!!

I cannot adequately express how much I appreciated my experience here. I'd give them TEN STARS, were that an option. ?? I went in for an oil change in the evening, but after discussing some other concerns, the gentleman with whom I spoke, Jerry, whom I ~believe~ to be the manager/supervisor of the shop, checked my oil, & fluids, & other functions, explained many things about my tires & other systems, ran a computer diagnosis, & spent a significant amount of time in examining, assessing, & explaining things, asking me relevant questions, answering my questions. After I expressed my concern about my brakes being weird, Mr Jerry suggested that I return the following day for my oil- change & assessment, because he would then have the mechanics there, who were better prepared to more fully examine & analyze my car's systems & functions. THANK GOD HE DID & THANK GOD I LISTENED-- because when I did return, the next day, they found a broken brake line! Had Jerry JUST cared about collecting the fee for my oil- change, he would not have taken all the time & energy to check what he could check with his computer, by eye, & hand, to answer my questions, & explain things thoroughly, NOR to advise me to come back when there were mechanics who could really check my brakes & other aspects of my car's functioning. Jiffy Lube would have made the same money for the oil- change, either way. Instead, in fact, he ALSO CARED about my SAFETY & WELL- BEING, & as a result, I DID NOT get into a terrible accident, unknowingly driving around with a broken brake-line-- (the brakes were still working, mostly, just being kinda funky, & who KNOWS when they would have given out, completely???) --& I DID NOT end up injuring, maiming, or killing myself, &/or my dog, &/or God- only- knows- how- many other people & animals, & NO cars were damaged, or totalled. The next day, when I returned, Mr Jerry took the time to take & show me a picture of the damaged brake- line, explain to me what was going on, advise me of what I would need, in terms of repairs & services, what to watch out for, in terms of risk, & to explain everything. (They don't do that kind of brake- work there, so I had to have it done elsewhere.) I paid for an oil change-- with a coupon, even! --& to have a burned-out headlight replaced. Less than $100. I am astounded at the amount of time, energy, patience, & compassion, concern, & care, kindness, decency, & integrity I was given & shown, the many services they provided, & how far out of his way Mr Jerry went, to make sure that I got what I needed, & was kept SAFE. I am MOST grateful, however, for what I DIDNT get, as a result of my visit to Jiffy Lube-- which is the CATASTROPHIC ACCIDENT, WHICH COULD HAVE ended, or badly, badly hurt precious lives of untold numbers of innocent people & animals, & COULD have meant the end of my CAR & however many OTHER vehicles, & property which COULD have been destroyed when my brakes finally failed completely! I am a woman, who knows precious little about cars. I am ALWAYS nervous about being taken advantage of, when it comes to vehicle maintenance & repair. Mr. Jerry saw that, & instead of EXPLOITING me, he went WAY OUT OF HIS WAY to PROTECT ME, to look after me, to look out for me, & to make sure that I was safe, educated, & treated with decency, integrity, respect, compassion, kindness, & care. That's a stand-up up guy, right there-- a Blessing to me, to his employer, to our community, & to our world. May Jiffy Lube recognize the strength they have in this GOOD man & treat him accordingly. He is a real boon to their business, & has earned them my future business, & my enthusiastic recommendation to anyone who will listen to me. May God Bless him, his family, & all of the other good people there, who took care of me with competence, skill, courtesy, & decency. ?? It was a true pleasure to do business with them, & it is now my pleasure to recommend them to you. ??

I’ve been here a couple times now, and appreciate the quality service they provide. I have a natural distrust of shops due to previous experiences, but the employees here do a great job. They’re thorough and get stuff done in a timely manner. They also serviced my old car well AND accommodate my now Mini Cooper; I appreciate this because some places turn me away for oil changes on the Cooper, but not them. Yippee!

Great service, fast, courteous

I had an oil change, air filter replacement, and tire rotation performed at this location. The service I received was excellent! The team even ordered the correct air filter from another location since they did not have it in stock. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

I really do like this place. The workers are all very friendly and give good honest advice and they really care about your car and its upkeep.

Great service! My inspection was past due, and they squeezed me in at the last minute. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and got my inspection and tire rotation done quickly at a very reasonable price. The shop was clean, felt safe, and even had a coffee table for guests. I’m so grateful and will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience they were courteous, quick and efficient. We realized when my step daughter was leaving out of town the car needed to be inspected, after trying several places to no avail my friend suggested the jiffy lube in Henrietta. I'm thankful he did.
