Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 141 Seneca St, Hornell, NY, 14843

Great service

A friend of mine had recommended this place for me to go to get my car inspected so I went there today my first time I think it's the 21st of October 2026 and I must say I was very very pleased and I will be going back.

Everyone was friendly and had excellent service and quickly.

Been going there for years, chuck is always friendly and know my car

Great staff, great work

Chuck did an excellent job, exceeding our expectations!!!

Honest manager- I trust Chuck totally to not sell me what I really don’t need like many other places. I will definitely be back!

Clean well space to wait coffee and water

Great crew they have (Shotuouts for Kirsten and Charles!) and with my current lifestyle, they have been awesome in fitting me in and handling common issues with my vehicle. Prices are as fair as you can get in this economy. Any issues I have had from faulty parts or issues after service have always been dealt with promptly and properly. Wait time sucks, but it's to be expected for a place you can just drop in and get mechanical repairs or service done to your car. They are also doing the best they can with how short staffed they are most days! Awesome work!

Great people and great service. I was traveling from NYC to Canada and had some tire issues. Pulled off the highway and found this gem. Wish we had service like this in the city.

Excellent friendly service.

I'm glad we found a good place to get the oil changed. Good service & friendly staff.

Quick and easy drive up oil change.

Great service the Charles C was super great and deserves a pay raise thank you

Great garage with some nice gentlemen working there , especially chuck , he really was a great help.

Quick, kind service.

Top notch

Everyone there was super nice and friendly

Great service!

Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable technicians

Always great service, the guys are always great!

The people working there are excellent!

Always courteous and helpful

They were understaffed and busy when I went but that did not affect the great customer service I received!

My husband Mario and I needed an oil change while visiting Alfred State College. The customer service was fantastic we were provided quick and professional service.

Knowledgeable, courteous, honest.

Oil change included the checking of all fluids and filters. I felt my car was well cared for.

The person that assisted me with changing my car's oil, really took the time to explain things to me. He walked me through everything he was checking plus explained and showed me my oil plug. Explaining that it would've been hard to damage it. He also let me know that over time, the oil plug could lose it's seal. It was very nice after being turned away from multiple places because of having a plastic oil plug and pan.

The crew are amazing and tells you honestly the issues. No BS

As always staff was friendly with smiles and polite conversation, service was completed timely and I was completely satisfied.

My car stalled out. One garage couldn’t get it figured out but this place did and fast!

They was very pleasant helpful and very nice. Would definitely go there again

Fast and convenient. Like that they come out and go over what you need before just doing it!

Always very honest and helpful, been going here for years.
