Great place and great ppl

Very polite associates. Had me in and out in a timely fashion for an oil change. Explained things that needed to be done in the future.

My technician was thorough and fast. I waited maybe 20-25 minutes is all. The young man did a great job. (Can't remember his name)

Kirsten was super helpful when my daughter was having issues determining what was going on with her car. Having gone to our regular mechanic twice and being told nothing was wrong, it was nice to know that our concerns were addressed and a solution was found.

Easy going inspection, thorough and honest. They didn't try to up sell me on anything and it was probably one of the easiest going experiences at jiffy lube.

Despite two others in the waiting room, the service was still speedy. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, technicians were polite. They were happy to honor my discount code and apply it to the total. My tires were low on air (I did not mention this to them, as I had intended to take care of it myself) and they filled them all up for me. This isn’t something that I asked for, nor was it something they had to do, but they did it out of courtesy. I know that airing up tires is a menial task, but it meant a lot to me that they did this. That alone is the reason I am taking time out of my day to write this review. If you’re going to pay somebody else to change your car’s oil, pay these guys.

I can’t say anything bad about this place! I’ve been getting my oil changed here since it was Seneca Street Oil, since 2018. I stopped today for an oil and cabin filter change. They even fixed an issue I was having with my trunk. Friendly staff and they really go above and beyond!
