I was passing through to go to Alfred University and I was feeling something off with my brakes so I took a for a break inspection at this location and starting from the front desk. All their staff were amazing and thank you so much for the best service

Kirsten was super helpful when my daughter was having issues determining what was going on with her car. Having gone to our regular mechanic twice and being told nothing was wrong, it was nice to know that our concerns were addressed and a solution was found.

Easy going inspection, thorough and honest. They didn't try to up sell me on anything and it was probably one of the easiest going experiences at jiffy lube.

Despite two others in the waiting room, the service was still speedy. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, technicians were polite. They were happy to honor my discount code and apply it to the total. My tires were low on air (I did not mention this to them, as I had intended to take care of it myself) and they filled them all up for me. This isn’t something that I asked for, nor was it something they had to do, but they did it out of courtesy. I know that airing up tires is a menial task, but it meant a lot to me that they did this. That alone is the reason I am taking time out of my day to write this review. If you’re going to pay somebody else to change your car’s oil, pay these guys.

I can’t say anything bad about this place! I’ve been getting my oil changed here since it was Seneca Street Oil, since 2018. I stopped today for an oil and cabin filter change. They even fixed an issue I was having with my trunk. Friendly staff and they really go above and beyond!

I have had my vehicles serviced at the Hornell Jiffy Lube for many years. Even under several previous company names. One reason I have been a loyal customer has been the Manager, Charles. (Chuck to all his customers). He has always been knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and honest as Manager of all the other entities and continues those traits with Jiffy Lube.

Always great service might take some time but it's done right.. this is for the big wigs if you would fix things they need to do there job things would not take as long to get done for customers... On day I was there they turned down a lot of work because only having one lift. Id think a business wants the money I guess not ...

Chuck and his crew have always been extremely helpful to me! Chuck is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns, and answer them honestly. You will always meet him with kindness and professionalism. The girl who works the counter/reception area is also very professional. At my most recent visit, I waited a couple hours to have my truck inspected because there were a few customers ahead of me (no big deal, I wasnt in a rush). While I waited in the lobby, Kiersten dealt with several rude customers who had come in, and she continued to smile and be polite and professional. She explained to them the reason why things were taking a little longer than the customer had liked, and even when met with snide comments/remarks, she maintained her composure. Chuck and Kiersten are only 2 of the many great people that work at our local Jiffy Lube. I've never been disappointed by the customer service from any of their employees. To make things even better, I've always felt I can trust them with my vehicles, to ensure they are safe to drive, and they help me make the most informed decisions for what work needs to done, and what work doesn't need to be done right away.
