Walked in 15 minutes before they closed and I was then greeted by a smiley friendly young man named Justin and Gavin. I was certain they would tell me no. These young men happily accepted my request for an oil change. They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Give them the biggest raise. Happy to see young people excelling in customer service.

I am a loyal customer of this location for nearly 20 years and have always had a great experience. Today was the top of the list! Justin and Gavin should be commended for their hard work, dedication and outstanding performance. I arrived and they were very busy but having a great time, working hard and keeping everyone informed. As a person in a leadership position this is exactly the type of employees I want. Communication, dedication and positive interactions make all the difference in the service industry, and as a public servant I am too familiar with this. As a father these are the kind of men I want my sons to interact with. I want me children to see great men working hard and having fun doing it. This location and the entire franchise should look to the two of them as shining examples of perfect employees. Justin and Gavin thank you both. You know I'll be back and can't wait to see both your big smiles again!!!

Jiffy lube south Huntington , Anthony the manager runs that place like it’s his own business! He took me when they were already closed and the jiffy lube close to me in Commack , turned me away saying my bolts were too tight and they didn’t want to take a chance. Then the dude in Commack said he usually works at Huntington, and he’ll call over. Well he didn’t and when I arrived Anthony was suprised to see a customer knocking on door at closing time, tams he takes me in anyway , no attitude completely professional and kind. On top of that he opens my hood , and said the kid that never called that usually works there is definitely getting reprimanded , because they never closed my oil cap!! It was just rolling around under my hood, and I didn’t know. He said luckily it didn’t fall out! And my engine could’ve exploded ! That much I know! So I’ll be going a little out of my way to south Huntington location for now on. I trust Anthony with anything !

From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. If was truly impressed at the level of service i received from this jiffy lube, especially from Christian and Henry. I brought my 2002 Toyota in for an oil change. I was told that the engine was leaking oil (not surprised given the car is old enough to drink) so they showed me exactly where it was leaking from and let me know that it would be a gasket. I was given a very reasonable estimate and agreed to go along and have them do the work. After about 15 minutes I was also informed that the ignition coils were covered in oil. He took me to the car and allowed me to look at what he was talking about and explained what the ignition coils did and what could happen if not replaced. I was then given another estimate and again extremely reasonable. Long story short I was treated with respect and kindness, they took the time to help me and were transparent the entire visit. I usually bring my car here for oil changes because I always get fast, thorough service but now I know that I can trust these mechanics to treat me right and take care of my car. Thanks Guys!
