They are amazing hair friendly. Got the job done expeditiously. My new go to place for me and my wife vehicles.

Went into Jiffy LubeIrondequoit. My low tire pressure light was on . Paul was very nice and respectful and said he would take care of it for me . He checked the tires and put air in them for me . I was so appreciative I am a 78 year old woman . Who does not know how to check tires . I really appreciate and will probably return for other services!! Thanks again Paul!!

The excellent service given to me was beyond extraordinary. Everything was exclaimed to me in laymen's terms where I could understand them. My bill was feasible because I knew my vehicle was on good hands. The pure honesty about repairs and cost superceded my expectations. I thank you all so much for the personable care given to me. Excellent work every time

Had an issue with my car which cut of in the middle of the parking lot and wouldn’t, I was in between jiffy lube and another Parking lot blocking the entrance and exit. I was a little nerves to ask for help because I was so embarrassed, but I went in ask for help and 1 man came out tried to jump it , it didn’t work so he called over one of his other buddies which who help push my car into a parking space in the parking lot for my safety and others. From the bottom of my heart I truly appreciated that. I want to send a very warming thank you for taking the time out you guys day helping me get my car out of others way. P.s. STOP BY JIFFY LUBE FOR YOUE NEAR BY CAR REPAIR.

Friendly, fast, and honest

I stopped in to get my oil changed in my F350 Diesel. Paul greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very polite and professional. Paul asked me about my truck and what I needed. He pulled my truck in right away and completed the oil change. Everything was very smooth and professional, I will definitely be back .

So, I purchased two new front tires for my SUV 3 months ago. The front right tire is constantly needing to have air put in it at least once a week. Today I was driving down East Ridge Road and I noticed that my tire was low again, so I pulled into Jiffy Lube on East Ridge Road, and there was a group of workers standing in the back talking and I asked if they would mind putting air in my tire. The customer service manager Paul came over was very funny very pleasant had me pull in, not only did they put air in my front right tire, they made sure all four of my tires were balanced. Then they noticed that I was out of windshield wiper fluid and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. While this is going on the workers are laughing with me , joking with me, talking with me, treating me as though I was spending a million dollars and I haven't spent a dime at this point. Then Paul the customer service manager comes over and shows me a quote for new tires and the quote he gave me was for four tires cheaper than what I paid for my two front tires! They are definitely getting my business moving forward. Customer service top notch, kind, professional, funny and again let me remind you I didn't pay a dime! However, they treated me like I was spending a million dollars. I highly recommend you go to Jiffy Lube on East Ridge Road. You will not be sorry!
