very happy with the service that we received. did not have to wait very long. they had beverages coffee, water, clean restrooms. they explained everything that they did in service that we would need in the future. did not feel pressure to do anything other than the service that I requested. the employees were very polite.

This was my first time at Jiffy Lube and I loved it from the customer service and the free coffee while you wait . I loved it so much that I immediately called my friend while at the location and recommended this place to her, on the same day I had my service she came to the same Jiffy location at Irondequoit NY and changed her oil too. Ray and Stephen were awesome thank you guys.

Ray and Stephen were really great from the Irondequoit NY location. I was so pleased that. I called my friend and I recommended my friend to Jiffy and 30 minutes later she came right in and she was also taken care by Ray and Stephen. I also recommended my daughters to this location . I was there this morning at 11:25 a.m. very friendly people. They talked me through everything that need to be fixed with my car. They were very polite. They even helped me with my tires one of the had a slow leak. They also help with new windshield wipers and changing my all the filters in the car. Overall the place is cleaned. They are speedy. If I could give you more than five stars I'd give you 20 Stars. I hope to continue to do business with you guys in the future. Thank you for the work that you did on my car today
