So, I purchased two new front tires for my SUV 3 months ago. The front right tire is constantly needing to have air put in it at least once a week. Today I was driving down East Ridge Road and I noticed that my tire was low again, so I pulled into Jiffy Lube on East Ridge Road, and there was a group of workers standing in the back talking and I asked if they would mind putting air in my tire. The customer service manager Paul came over was very funny very pleasant had me pull in, not only did they put air in my front right tire, they made sure all four of my tires were balanced. Then they noticed that I was out of windshield wiper fluid and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. While this is going on the workers are laughing with me , joking with me, talking with me, treating me as though I was spending a million dollars and I haven't spent a dime at this point. Then Paul the customer service manager comes over and shows me a quote for new tires and the quote he gave me was for four tires cheaper than what I paid for my two front tires! They are definitely getting my business moving forward. Customer service top notch, kind, professional, funny and again let me remind you I didn't pay a dime! However, they treated me like I was spending a million dollars. I highly recommend you go to Jiffy Lube on East Ridge Road. You will not be sorry!

These guys are great. They got me in for an inspection immediately, on a Saturday at the end of the month, after Valvoline down the street told me it would be a 2 hour wait. My car is newer and in good shape, but needed a new windshield wiper to pass. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or upsold. They gave a straightforward run down and asked permission before doing anything to my vehicle.

This was my first time going to this location for an inspection and oil change. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. From the day i called this location i was so stressed and Nuck i believe his name was helped me gave me comfort that they would take care of me and they did then getting to the location the other 2 men the man in the red shirt and the man in the white shirt hands down was amazing that location will be my go to Frm now on so check them out had my car back to me mind you the store pumps had went down but they took care of me went out there way my heart was so heavy because so much was happening they didn’t even know that but i appreciate them god bless them all

Ray S. and his entire team were great! They were friendly, courteous, fast and efficient. I came in with a flat tire and the need for an oil change. Within 15 minutes they were able to show me the nail that caused the flat, patch my tire, change my oil and change my air filter for me. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone!
