The service I received today was excellent by all the guys. This is my second time going to this location and both times the service was top tier.

Me and my Fiance came to this location on 7/29/25 to get our oil changed and we had an exceptional experience compared to the other places we’ve been to in the past. The main mechanic who helped us, Connor, went above and beyond with his customer service! All the employees at this location are wonderful assets to the company. We will continue to come back for oil changes:) !

Had a great experience today, was in and out fairly quickly despite it being busier than usual. Customer service was great :)

While the crew was short staffed and very busy they replaced my battery quickly and got me back in the road within half an hour. It was the easiest part of my day. Very courteous too.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! Truly above and beyond for the customer. A specific shout out to Paul who made it his mission to make sure I got to a pressing work commitment on time after my car needed more work than I initially anticipated. But they got it fixed up and on the road within a few hours and helped me get to where I needed to go safely. Can’t thank all the guys there enough.

Needed a NYS inspection quick as we were heading outta town. Ray(I believe)was amazing! Took me in early and got me out and on the road! And the slogan, ‘If You Love It, Lube It!’ I mean cmon, that’s awesome!

The Jiffy Lube customer service is second to none this is why I gave them 5 stars. These days and time it hard to find good customer service.

Fantastic service today. I was able to get my oil changed and NYS inspection, literally in a “Jiffy”

Had the most wonderful experience at jiffy lube ! I went there after work 45 minutes before closing they were so kind and got me in they were 1000 percent honest and told me I didn't need an oil change yet just a top off! It was free of charge and they even gave me some wiper fluid ! Highly recommend!

Had the best experience at the Irondequoit location. Had problems with hood lever and the guys worked at it to get it open. Also very professional and explained all info.

My car went to shit going on a trip and leaving it out in the cold for ten days in the driveway. Paul the manager, was able to thoroughly explain to me what was wrong with my car including several other underlying issues it had which I wouldn’t have even known about if I didn’t come to this Jiffy Lube location. Paul is personable, honest, kind, and very knowledgeable, and his crew is also likewise. They got me in quick and also completed everything so quick with high quality work. Paul’s shop’s prices are fair and the quality he and his team provide is beyond expectation! He also gives a discount to healthcare workers (RN, MD, LPN, CNA, etc) which no other shop does, so all my healthcare friends please come support Paul and his shop, he and his crew will take great care of your car! Thanks to Paul and his crew, I am now a loyal customer and will always come here for all my future car needs. Thank you again Paul and team! :)
