Went in for an inspection. Quick easy painless. Friendly, courteous, professional. It was nice to see some women working there, some of my best friends are female mechanics.

I went in for an inspection and they didn't think they could get me in. As I went to leave they told me that they could, indeed, perform my inspection. They got my car in right away. They did recommend a new air filter, which I needed and had installed. They had me out in a short time. They were all professional, courteous, and friendly. One of the techs offered me 15 dollars off my air filter for being a health care provider. When it rang up it only took 11 dollars off because it was supposed to be 15% not 15 dollars. I was fine with it but the manager told me he would honor what was offered and he gave me the 15 dollars off. That was appreciated and shows that they treat you as a valued customer and not just another faceless person walking in their establishment. I highly recommend them and will be back.

The technician are well informed, answer all questions, they take care of your service needs in a timely manner. The sitting area is clean and all customers are called to review any issue they may see going on with your car before it become a problem.

I went to Jiffy Lube for my state car inspection, they were efficient and quick. Grateful!

Unfortunately they did not put the screws back into my skid guard and I lost it on the major highway 87. No one was hurt and on coming traffic were able to avoid it. But it was unusable afterwards. I will be looking into getting it replaced to protect my under panels. Otherwise they gave me super service!

Friendly, quick & efficient

Needed an oil change. They also checked all air filters. Turned out one was totally clogged. They replaced it, vacuumed out debris and cleared out a mess.

jiffy lube is a good place to go for oil changes and others they are professional they look over your car and see if you need anything else that right there is great service I will continue going there in the future thank you jiffy lubes for what you do

I WAS THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. IT DID TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET MY VEHICLE IN FOR THE SERVICE BUT ONCE IT WAS IN GIOVANNA WAS THE GIRL WHO TOOK CARE OF MY CAR. SHE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES & HER JOB. I ONLY GAVE FOUR STARS NOT BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE BUT BECAUSE THE LONG WAIT BEFORE THE SERVICE AND THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN IT USUALLY IS, I'M NOT SURE WHY.

Forgot about my State inspection and had to get it done immediately otherwise a big fat ticket in NYC for sure!!! Went to my usual Hoffman's Jiffy Lube in Kingston and they got the car in and done!!! Kyle and the gang were excellent as always and changed the oil and filters, I like to bring my own and it is not a problem for them. Even with all the people waiting until the last minute, yours truly included, the wait was not bad. And, they give you a complimentary car wash after!!! What's not to love!!! See you all soon again and thanks!!!
