extremely helpful, kind and quick!!

Had a great experience with Hayden and Scott! Both were extremely helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. They took the time to talk everything through with me, answered my questions, and were very accommodating. I also really appreciated them working with me on the pricing and providing a discount. The service and communication were excellent, and they made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. I’m hoping everything with the brakes continues to work perfectly, but it’s reassuring to know that if I have any questions or issues, I can always reach out to them and they’ll be there to help. Really appreciate the customer service and the way I was treated. Highly recommend Hayden and Scott!

Everybody was so welcoming & professional. Jeremy was an awesome service advisor! Plus While sitting in the waiting room I was listening to him talk to all of the other customers & he was very thorough & kind to people. The Manager greeted me on line and checked me in. He was attentive & efficient. Everything went nice and smooth & quickly! They ALL did a great job! Also had a coupon and the price was right!

Very satisfied, this was my second time using the services for oil change

So fast! All employees I dealt with were all very nice. Only complaint is they left my cars windows open, when it was raining, while I paid. The seats, doors and floor mats were all wet. I don’t know why they would that?? Overall a good experience.

New manager went above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and quickly. What an improvement from my last service to this one! Thank you

Originally I had a massive culture change from previous experiences I've had with this location. I had a very poor initial experience. From 3-4hrs wait time, missing pieces from previous visits, missed communications in regard to the time that they opened etc. The following day, a manager of the location personally called me and spoke at length in regards to my concerns. He confirmed that there were some new processes and missed steps. He tried to make it right. This speaks volumes atleast to me. It was followed up by the general manager also checking in. This shows its important that their clients aren't just a number but we are valued and we are each important. Thank you for making this right! I look forward to my next visit.

He was a pleasure talking with and working with at first I didn’t know what I was doing, but after talking with him, I knew that I was doing the right thing which I did. I’m glad I made the right decision he was a pleasure working with Scott. You are the man. Thank you for your help.

Ever since Dan Ward retired, I am lucky to have been referred to Jiffy Lube. I arrived, oh we know you are a regular customer. We’ll take care of it. 20 minutes later, the light was replaced and I was a safer driver again.

I have now taken my car to the Jiffy Libe in Kingston about 5 times now. I am always satisfied with their quick and efficient service. Hayden and the rest of the staff are excellent. I appreciate their attitude and professionalism.

It was an overall great experience, not too long and the price was surprisingly great, will definitely return again for help for sure!
