Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 711 TROY SCHENECTADY RD, LATHAM, NY, 12110-2442

Very efficient and quick. Very easy

Staff was great and efficient!

Always fast and great service; the team is friendly and I’ve never had any issues whatsoever.

Me and the wife love these guys. From brakes, tires, inspection to mechanical issues. They have always been rock solid. They don't just tell you about a issue they will show you. If it's a upsell that you should have they will mention it but haven't ever been pushy. I won't let anyone touch my mustang but them. Also I always have a great conversation and they are super friendly. Would recommend for anyone nervous about mechanics

Very friendly and efficient crew.

Quick and easy! Very good experience overall ??

Great, quick oil change and inspection. Didn’t try to pressure me into extra services - just gave me what I needed in a friendly, efficient way.

Good service

Excellent service in a very short period of time. The price was right

Good and efficient service with professional and friendly technicians.

I have been going to the Latham store for years with my, my wife’s and my kids cars because the staff is always personable and honest. They don’t push the upsell.

Great job all around Aplus

Fast great service.

The staff was very nice when we called to ask questions. When they worked on my car to fix the lights so nice and friendly

Exclamation of everything I needed to know , great customer service , I would recommend Jiffy Lube to family and friends

I took less then 20 minutes to make an inspection??

Great communication and attention to detail.

An unexpected need that added a cost was appreciated.

Great service, thank you!

NYS Inspection was quick and easy!!! Highly recommend!

Very helpful, fast and knowledgeable. Took the time to ensure my vehicle was safe and ready for the road.

I had to get an oil chance and inspection done on my car. They were very thorough in looking at all my issues and explaining what needed to be done. Kudos to Chris

This crew was efficient and took care of every last detail.

I feel just because things was questioned about what’s wrong, mechanic made it personal and then came back again and said more items where needed to Pass inspection. I just have to write a review to make sure you check your car and video proof of everything working before you bring it in. Especially if you have a little knowledge of vehicles.

Friendly and clearly thank you

Love the service!

I got fast dependable service at a reasonable price.

I have been going to this place for years for state inspection. They are a great team.
