Brought my Tesla in for an inspection. Called the day before and spoke with Chris. He greeted me when I arrived. What a courteous and professional guy. He is very charismatic and it definitely shows that he enjoys his job and really dedicates himself to do it right. I was in and out in no time. I’ll bring all of our cars here from now on.

Awesome experience with Jiffy Lube on Troy Schenectady Road. Only one bay was available for servicing cars and the technician on staff was prompt, professional and insightful. We have been at places four hours with more staff on hand! He was awesome this was Sunday morning 10/15/23!

Well to be honest and clear I’ve had very bad experiences with a lot of car shops and mechanics where they try to rob you and don’t do the job you asked. I was referred here to jiffy lube by my lady and I must say the whole experience change my view on shops. This shop is a go to if you need work done on your car the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and the prices for my car was excellent I’m coming back in two weeks to get my car fixed and I must say I do feel happy and safe. Shout out to the employees there keep up the great work and positive attitude that you have with your customers. 5 stars from me

Get there early and you are in and out. The Latham spot gets busy fast. Always polite crew working. Most employees were wearing their mast and they had hand sanitizer there for you to use.
