Great service, quick, and a good price!

I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful that sitting area was bright, clean and comfortable. Also a special shout out to Manager CJ he was very professional and courteous dealing with my car repairs. truly, very knowledgeable also appreciated the time he spent with me. Would recommend Jiffy Lube for a quality oil change and repair repairs.

Troy was very nice. He told me about coupons that were being offered and it saved me some money.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing my experience was. After being told no by a close by place cause it was 620 and they closed at 7. I drove to Jiffy Lube. The boys were so welcoming. And Troy showed me how much other cleaning my truck needed besides oil. I would have never known either compartment existed. He wasn't pushy, just knowledgeable. I so appreciated him. And Nick was also the best. I will absolutely be back. Thank you Troy and Nick.

Very quick and convenient service from CJ and Kyle. Replaced my blinker in a quick 10 minutes. Got me in same day for an inspection, and also replaced my rear brake pads and rotors a few months ago. Got me in very quick all three times. Will continue going here for quick and convenient car service. No appointments needed!

Okay, Jiffy Lube management, here’s how you make a difference and gain the trust of your customers and clients. Your employee CJ should be rewarded. It was 4:59 p.m., and your employee, CJ (what a great guy!), was about to close the shop for the day, which closes at 5 p.m. I approached him and asked if he could repair my tire. I was traveling a longer distance, and the tire had a screw in it, which was slowly leaking air. Politely, CJ informed me that the garage was closed, but if he could see the screw, he would repair it right there in front of the garage. He did just that and stayed an extra 15 minutes to fix my tire. Now, let’s go back half an hour earlier. I called Mavis in the area which also closes at 5pm. The guy there said he wasn’t taking customers after 4:30pm and suggested that I check with Pep Boys. I went to Pep Boys, now it was around 4:45pm and was told that they were closing at 5pm and that they couldn’t help me until Monday. The guy was kinda rude, and it was a Saturday, so I assumed he was tired. But not CJ at Jiffy! He looked tired and had a closed shop, yet he still offered to help and fixed my tire. Next time I’m in the area, CJ, you’re getting a box of donuts and my business. Heats off, CJ, brother. People like you make difference in today’s world and deserve a raise.

Service at the Hartford location NY was great and I got a coupon towards my payment which was good.

Everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. I went in for a state inspection and really appreciated the excellent customer service!
