Great experience Troy was great service man today

Service fine. Time to wait estimate not close

Troy is the man.

I get all of my oil changes/reg. maintenance here. But last week the car needed some major work over three days. It was a full-service operations that included all four front and rear (driver/passenger), brakes, new padding, AND four new tire installations. The break padding was all but gone and tire very low treads. (This car is also used extensively for Uber). I am absolutely blown away by the great work they did and by how smoothly the car both feels and runs. I really thank Troy who oversaw the whole operations and major overhaul to the car. From the very first time I came here about two years ago it's been like this and they've treated me like a valued customer. When I am asked where I go for maintenance I always recommend make mention of this place. 5 stars really well deserved!

Not only was the services for my oil change explained and done promptly, Troy was patient articulate and very pleasant to deal with. Positive Customer service is as essential as the service itself. I will be coming back and would recommend the New Hartford Jiffy Lube.

Good service

Excellent and quick service by Troy and team!

Great service!!!

I had my rear differential fluid replaced 3 years ago at this Jiffy location, and until this year I had no idea that they left plugs damaged (rounded and unserviceable). I only found out 3 years later, at the next fluid replacement time. Came to them to see if they can make it right. They said that nobody from 3 years ago works there anymore, but guess what. They will make it right anyway. Ordered new plugs, extracted the old ones, installed the new ones, replaced the differential fluid, all for free. Showed me pictures of before and after. I appreciate that they took responsibility and feel more at ease about my and my wife's car being taken care of by this new crew.

Troy was amazing. Got in and out quickly. Highly recommend

Excellent service from Troy and the rest of the team!

Thank you Troy and Kyle for your services.
