I moved from Oklahoma last August & I've had the worst experiences in this area when it comes to getting an oil change. However I'm glad I found a Jiffy Lube 35 miles from my house. Jeremiah was awesome from beginning to end. I will definitely be back.

????? Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended!!!!! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube in Olean, NY. From start to finish, the service was over-the-top great. The manager, Rayan, and the mechanic, Cris, treated me like absolute family. They are hands-down some of the fastest, friendliest, and most professional people I’ve run across in a very long time. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-tier efficiency with genuine hospitality, but these guys nailed it. If you need your vehicle serviced right and want to be treated well, do yourself a favor and go see Rayan and Cris. I would highly recommend this location to anyone! Feel free to tweak it if you want to add any specific details about what you had done!

I was just there to set up an appointment, never thinking they would be able to fit me in today! It really was 15 minutes. I just sat in the car. 2 guys worked on the oil change. A guy up top and a guy down in the pit. And they were both the nicest guys. I created a contact for them in my phone so that I can call next time easily and created an account on-line.

This was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube. I had an amazing experience. I went for an oil change. They vacuumed all the leaves on my hood. Filled my coolant and got me a new air filter. The employees were very nice and it was such an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back there again! :)

Ryan and John not only went out of their way to help fix my oil filter and drain plug (a mistake from service at a dealership) but they didn't charge me, and were professional, nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
