Very friendly and professional.

I got my oil change done at this location along with a new air filter for my Nissan. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, some crazy old lady came barreling through the intersection and totaled my new car. The gentlemen that worked at this location were all extremely supportive and complete BROS when I was shaken up after the crash and they even gave me a place to sit and a ride home. Not only did I receive top notch service from these guys on my new but now wrecked vehicle, but I also was shown compassion and was reminded that there are still good people out there. You won’t find a better group of guys.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Manager is a class act.

I have been taking my vehicles here for a while now. It’s fast, easy, and convenient. I have never had any issues it’s basically in and out. Today I have to say I actually got to view and hear the 3 gentleman who were working together in unison on my vehicle. Usually I use that time to catch up on my phone and busy myself in the vehicle. They were absolutely fantastic. I heard them calling out to each other what they were doing and going thru their check list. I don’t bother with taking the time to write a review who would care anyways right. I’m writing this so everyone knows what exceptional customer service is. It is the jiffy lube on 7th street Olean. Thank you Ryan and your fellow associates!

We requested a specific oil filter due to previous issues. They did their best to find exactly what we wanted but were unsuccessful. We proceeded with the filter they had in stock and were very understanding and respectful. We are hoping to return to our home state without the issues from a previous situation. These guys are great!!

I moved from Oklahoma last August & I've had the worst experiences in this area when it comes to getting an oil change. However I'm glad I found a Jiffy Lube 35 miles from my house. Jeremiah was awesome from beginning to end. I will definitely be back.

The manager, Rayan, and the mechanic, Cris, treated me like absolute family. They are hands-down some of the fastest, friendliest, and most professional people I’ve run across in a very long time. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-tier efficiency with genuine hospitality, but these guys nailed it. If you need your vehicle serviced right and want to be treated well, do yourself a favor and go see Rayan and Cris. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!
