Kyron and KJ did an amazing job with my oil change. They were very kind and were very efficient with their work.

Kyron was terrific! Explained the process to me (first time Jiffy Lube customer) and I was in and out quickly. Plan to return.

These guys are lifesavers. I brought my car in after a different shop failed to tell me that the skid plate under the car was not closed up with the factory bolts, but rather with zip ties. The zip ties didn’t hold and the skid plate got warped from several blocks of driving with it dragging along Nesconset Highway. I spotted this Jiffy Lube and drove up and they made an all-out effort to try to salvage it for me, and they called for help from someone who brought their own personal tools to try to assist. It was the kindest, most generous effort to fix a bad situation I’ve ever encountered and I am grateful for the entire staff at this Jiffy Lube. They know their stuff and if you’re in the area you should make them your go-to spot!

This new team is amazing and an insane improvement compared to the old team. We had a few issues with the car and Mat and Marshall were so kind and helpful!!! Can not recommend them enough. They answered questions, did a thorough look through and all and all made sure the car was good to go. Came for just an oil change but left with the car in much better condition. Thank you guys so much!!

Wow Jiffy Lube is one of the best place to change your oil and other services of cars I didn't know my car engine oil was clogged they flashed everything out and did a great job now the noise of my engine has reduced and driving smoothly so go change ur oil and don't forget to ask about flashing out ur dirty clogged oil the young men are nice they will explain everything nicely to you and give u excellent job to ur satisfaction???? ?? go Jiffy Lube!!! ?????

Stopped into Jiffy Lube Port Jefferson as a walk-in customer during the busy 4th of July holiday weekend, expecting to be turned away, however, the staff (Marshall & Kyron) greeted me right away! explained my needs quickly and updated me throughout the very quick process! They remained friendly, professional, and efficient despite the holiday rush and extreme heat warning! My oil change and inspection were completed thoroughly, and the technician took the time to explain their findings without any pressure to purchase additional services. I left feeling valued as a customer and impressed by how well the team handled my car services with excellent customer assistance. The experience overall was well worthy of a 5-star rating!
