Quick and professional

Each and every time I go to Jiffy Lube, I have absolutely NO problems. Each and every service technician is polite and respects my automotive properties. I wish I could give you a better reason for the company to give each and every one of them the respect I have for them. They are "concerned". If this company respects them as I do, give them a raise, please. I have 4 vehicles and they are all done at the East Greenbush/Rensselaer site. I value my vehicles immensely; I need them to be "right". Thank you

Needed my annual car inspection, just pulled up had it done second in line. Went somewhere else first and was told it was a two week wait.

They do great Job.

My experience was great. Got wipers and oil change sooner than expected minor detail was did not get the sticker they normally provide once oil is changed but the receipt I got had 5000 miles as the next change so just added 5000 to my mileage and manually wrote it on the sticker they did not remove.Not sure if it was because it’s a Valvoline sticker or not but no harm no foul

I took it in for a state inspection and was very pleased with everything. I was lucky enough to come at a free time when no one else was there so I got right in. The full inspection was done in about 20 minutes and no one tried to sell me anything I didn't need or want! This is a great shop.

Needed an inspection. Location was very busy. I didn't wait nearly as long as I was told I might. Staff was very friendly. It was a nice experience.

Staff is great here. She always has shown great customer service skills. I come in every 8 weeks or so and am always happy when I see her. She is always smiling and I know it’s going to be a good day! Throughout the years, I’ve met some that were not so nice but all the staff that were there went I went in on 5/26 were amazing ??

Car inspection. They advised me that the rear brake pads would pass inspection but would soon wear down enough to damage the rotors and increase the cost of the repair. I replaced them and saved myself a costly repair bill because they took the time to advise me of the rear brake pads condition.

Always friendly and informative

Very quick and efficient. Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection in 40 minutes. I am impressed. They tried to upsell to full synthetic oil saying that mixed synthetic may void Toyota 2022 warranty. Not true, their mixed synthetic oil is up to Toyota specs. One star less for this.

No high-pressure sales and you never have to worry about being scammed or treated poorly. Every customer matters to these guys. They’re all willing to help even if it’s not your car that they’re working on. Recommend this place 10 out of 10

I was super impressed with this jiffy lube. I was freaking out because I completely forgot that my car inspection was due at the end of April. I arrived at 535pm for an oil change and state inspection. They closed at 6pm but William was not bother by this at all. He was so friendly and understanding. When he gave me the quote for the bill I said I wasn't happy with that number.He made a point of telling me there was a coupon online. I was joking, but I thought it was amazing that he took the time to make me feel better about that dollar amount.They were finished in less than twenty minutes.And I was on my way best experience ever.Oh, and I got a free car wash from hoffman's a nice little bonus

Inspection was quick and had no issues. They didn’t try to upsell anything to me. Good experience. Will go again next year.
