The manager Brandon and his crew were very helpful and diagnosed an issue that’s been noticeably messing up my oil and fixed it immediately. More expensive than a regular shop but if you’re in a jiffy definitely come here.

????? I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Riverhead with my Ford Bronco, and I specifically want to recognize Malaik Wilson for the excellent service he provided. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely thorough. Malaik performed an engine flush and radiator flush, replaced both my engine air filter and cabin air filter, and made sure everything my Bronco needed was taken care of properly. Even with having several services done, he was very efficient and had me in and out much faster than I expected. What stood out to me the most was his customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the entire process easy, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t need. It’s hard to find someone you feel comfortable trusting with your vehicle, but you can tell Malaik takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing quality service. I’ll absolutely be returning to the Riverhead Jiffy Lube because of the experience I had with Malaik. I highly recommend this location, and if you stop in, definitely ask for Malaik Wilson. Great customer service, quality work, and an overall excellent experience. 10/10!

Service tech Shane was extremely professional/helpful/quick! My truck had over 113k miles, oil was extremely dirty, he recommended an engine flush(which is recommended by the manufacturer at 100k). Completed the engine flush and oil change, in less than 30 min. He also helped me find all available coupons, which saved me about 15% of the total cost. Thanks Shane!
